Ordered a part for my ceiling fan. The lady was very helpful, and called me as soon as it came in. The issue is picking items up in the back of the store. No one in the warehouse knows what or who a Customer is and doesn't care. I stood there for 20 min trying to get someone’s attention and people just kept walking by. Very poor management in the back of the store!!

All I have to say if you choose to work here, make sure you don't break anything because you may get written up and not given another chance after that. I can't imagine working some place and breaking/damaging something and getting written up. If any other job did that (and this one included) turn around rate would be awful and just very consistent. Accidents happen and breaking/damaging something on accident.. not even on purpose.. can get you fired. It's sad.

Barn Doors - set provided by Tri Supply as an extra to our build which finished 2021. Doors were never straight, when closed they were out of alignment in multiple directions. After sending folks out to true up the installation Tri Supply identified that one door frame was bent and a new set of doors provided and installed 2023, 2 years later. Upon installation noted that there were screwdriver dents at the door handles, one of the planks had some delamination and the doors still did not line up when closed. Tri Supply was informed of this in November of 2023. I contacted them in April, June, July and August of 2024. No response other than they are looking into it. The people are always pleasant to deal with but I'm at the end of my rope. Hoping this reaches someone who can give us an idea of what they plan to do to fix the issues.

We were able to find a in glass blind inset for an eight foot door at Tri-Supply. They ordered it and held it until we were ready to pick it up. Great customer service.

I bought over $40,000 of appliances from these people and was told when I did the purchase that they would install for "around $1200 to $1400."
When I called about the install they wanted over $3000. After a couple of calls they lowered that to $2500. Buyer Beware!
