First off, let me start with I am THAT PERSON who obsessive about their dog. I am very particular about his groomer, his day care/ sitters, and of course his vet! So when we moved, I was very nervous about finding a vet close(ish) to us, who also provided stellar care.I gave Triangle a try after seeing the great reviews. They live up to the reviews! The front staff is welcoming and helpful; the vet techs are knowledgeable and very kind; and the veterinarians are awesome! My pup has seen two of the veterinarians and they are great! From a very cautious and protective dog owner- I would highly recommend Triangle Animal Clinic!

We had planned on getting our pet chipped. The chips had not been delivered. I was in my car and I noticed a young lady running out to my vehicle. She said the chips arrived. I said you grab him and I’m right behind you. Saved me a trip back to the office.

Dr. Coleman and staff were absolutely incredible in their care and compassion with my sweet 18 year old Roxxy girl. Being a pet parent faced with end of life decisions is extremely difficult. In the last 6 months we experienced a very rapid decline in quality of life. I am so thankful that Dr. Coleman was there to support us and make the process of saying goodbye also peaceful. We have two other seniors and I am so happy to know we are right down the street as I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.I also received the sweetest sympathy card signed by the staff with my furbaby’s paw print. That level of care is really special.

This is a one star only because giving zero stars is not possible on this platform. Needless to say I am not happy with Triangle clinic and will not be using them in the future.Their irresponsible, misdiagnosis killed my mom's puppy. They did bare minimum, got paid and got us out and it cost a good dog his life. We were not listened to when expressing our concerns and fears. It is well known that even a fully vaxed puppy can get Parvo, common practice when a pup comes into a clinic with diarrhea and vomiting is to test for Parvo. This was not done by them. Our dog laid there and suffered for four days without the right treatment. They diagnosed him with a bacterial infection (a tummy bug). We had to go to an emergency vet which cost a small fortune only for him to already be weakened and that was with me calling them basically every day.He died at home Sunday night no thanks to them and despite our best efforts including 6hrs at the emergency vet Saturday.Triangle has told us that fault lies with the first vaccinations that our puppy got with his breeder, but the breeder has not had any issues and even if it was that still does not excuse not following common practices. Every other vet professional I have spoken to has said that they were in the wrong here.TLDR; Triangle does not listen to pet owners concerns, they did not test for puppy plague, it cost us a small fortune and our dog’s life. Don't use them.

The staff and vets genuinely care and take notice of your pets needs. Dr Griffin has paid close attention to my cat since I brought him in and were able to suggest better methods to help him. I am really glad I found them :)

Staff is super friendly, i have been coming here for almost 5 years now. I rolled with the punches with the ownership switch and different vets. Seeing Dr. Rainer is almost near impossible. Prices have gone up. New vets are getting pushy. Took my dog in for an ear infection ran a $70 test without telling me. Then I asked for a refill of my dogs pain medicine while I was there, then I started getting pushed on some new arthritis medication, and “maybe just try a bag” I asked for the price about 3 times never got it the price. After say no about 3x then vet comes back what about upping his dose 100mg? I’m like I’m here for an ear infection since when did this turn into a pain consultation ? Felt like I was trying to get Pennie’s squeezed out. It used to not be this way, tests were not ran without discussion. The clinic isn’t ran the same. Might be on the hunt for a new clinic

If you love your pet like I love mine. Please DO NOT go here. The whole experience yesterday was sad. Ruined my whole day. They barely even say a word to you before dragging your pet against their will away from you when you are already sitting in an exam room. And then bring him back 2 mins later gasping for breath and panting. They say oh well he’s done, he looks like a healthy weight, we gave him his complete exam and all his shots and it’s going to be $350.Well that was a quick 350. I could have gotten shots a lot cheaper somewhere and how hard is it to do all that with me there when he is much more comfortable? That’s how a vet I went to in the past was. They were talkative and asked questions, actually petted my dog and knew his name and gender which this place did not and it was his 3rd visit there!!Also flea prevention meds went up from 20 a month to 45 a month every year because they just switch to more expensive brands that do the same thing as the other ones. Makes no sense but okay. All in all. Go somewhere that cares about pets!

I took my dog in for some G.I. issues she had been experiencing for a couple of days. As usual, they took us to a room very quickly, and all the staff and veterinarian were all so nice. The veterinarian took plenty of time explaining the potential diagnosis and what the plan was going to be. After running a quick test, the doctor came back in and explained her treatment plan and we were on our way. This is the second time at Triangle and both have been exceptional.

I have already started the process of finding a new vet after six years with Triangle. I brought my sick dog in only to leave with no answers and a $500 bill. When Dr. Haddish owned Triangle Animal clinic it was well run and I felt like the doctors heard us and worked with us. Now, they spend the minimum amount of time possible and all we do is shell out a lot of money. The health of my pets is of utmost importance to me. I am willing to pay for excellent care, however that is not what Triangle provides anymore. The staff is terse during the appointment making process and the appointment itself. This is not the happy place it once was. Our family deserves better.

I called 3 times inquiring about a procedure and tried to get an estimate. I already knew what it was but they told me I’d have to schedule an exam before they gave me a quote, okay fine, that’s common. But when I get there for my appointment, after 5 mins of looking at my cat, they tell me exactly what I told them was wrong with her and said they don’t do the surgery there and that I need to go to the ER. Why couldn’t they tell me they didn’t do the surgery when I asked 3 times yesterday? I asked them can they at least call the ER and tell them their findings so I wouldn’t have to pay for another exam and they said no. Would not recommend! They took advantage of my desperation to get my animal immediate help.

We have been going to Triangle Animal Clinic for about 2 1/2 years now. All of the doctors there are kind and considerate and very thorough. Recently we had to have one of our dogs put down and the compassion that was shown to me throughout that whole process was amazing. I appreciate this clinic so much and highly recommend it.

I LOVE Triangle Animal Clinic! They take such good care of my fur babies and they really care for the animals and their owners. I even got a sympathy card signed by everyone in the office when one of my babies passed away! They are SO nice and caring...you won't be sorry you went there!

A great, caring team. The doctor provided excellent, common sense care for my pet. All pricing and options were very clear up front. I highly recommend Triangle Animal Clinic.

They were very accommodating when my sweet boy fell ill. They got him in the same day and were abe to find the underlying condition so we could treat him. He had been to another vet and unfortunately they did not catch what was going on causing him to get much worse. The entire staff at Triangle was very kind to both Blu and to us and they made sure he was comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be seeing them again in the future.
