Walked in 20 min after opening no one in there, playing on their . Told me to come back in a hour. It was completely empty this is my second attempt to get a Halas a walk in.i won’t come back!

My husband wanted a haircut so we stopped by TuneUp because we've been to others and they always seem to have experienced barbers who do an excellent job. We waited and as we saw a flew clients leave, we were confident we had made the right choice. However, when my husband came out the chair and walked out the door I was in shock at the chilly bowl cut they gave him. I couldn't believe they would allow someone to cut hair there and allow my husband as a client to walk out with his hair had looking like it's been run under a lawnmower. It was HORRIBLE

Walked in ten minutes after opening and was told to come back in two hours. One person getting their haircut and no one waiting in the lobby.
