Was such a pleasure. I had issues which my reservation Diana was so patient with me and she took her time and she let me do what I had to do even though I was all over the place. She made me feel like a made I made a good choice coming from out of state.
I would recommend public storage because of Diana and the rest of the team Deb and the other representatives that help me thank you very much

First let me start off by saying the employee Theresa was very accommodating to all the assistance I needed. She help me set up a storage unit and answered all my questions along the way. I really like the facility and features of this storage site but Theresa really made the experience of getting a new storage unit seamless and not stressful at all. I would highly recommend this Public Storage location.

Our first contact was with Diana on the phone. She is a perfect example of a great employee: friendly, personable, helpful, and had answers to all of our questions. Meeting her in person was even better! She was happy to meet us and handled all of our needs with a pleasant, cheerful attitude. Public Storage is lucky to have her!!!

I was in need of a storage unit immediately. Theresa assisted me in finding a unit. Theresa was very knowledgeable about the different sizes of the units helping me pick the right size I needed. The units and the surrounding area is well kept. I feel my belongings are in a very secure space.
