Whatever you do, do NOT get your ears pierced here. Both of my daughter’s had their ears pierced and when it was time to remove them, they would NOT come off. I took my first daughter back and they had to have two people try and finally one of the ladies had to rip them out. And they informed us that a lot of people had been having issues getting the earings off so they were sent a tool to use for customers that couldn’t get their’s off (which didn’t work). It was very painful. Then my other daughter went in to try to get them to take her’s out because she had tried everything. After waiting for like 20/30 min the lady talking to her told her, “we don’t do that here, ask your mother to help you”. Well, I live 13 hours away now so I can’t really help her. So, I guess she will have to go to a doctor or something to get them cut off. Stick with the professional ear piercing places.

My daughter and I went to the Conroe Ulta store to look for hair products. She was referred to Cameron for assistance. AMAZING is the only word to describe this walking encyclopedia of hair knowledge!! Knowledge wrapped in helpfulness, professionalism and a great sense of witty self-deprecating humor!! We were given great service and educated on qualities of various products. Our mundane chore was turned into an half hour of education delivered with humor and fun!! WHAT?!?!
Upon completion of our shopping, Cameron offered future help if my daughter needed further assistance and returned to the store. We will always ask for Cameron in the future!
Before leaving the store, I spoke with Cameron’s supervisor to inform her of the star employee she had in Cameron. I told her she should never allow Cameron to leave this store!🤣. My daughter and I walked in with few expectations and left with such an awesome feeling of satisfaction and appreciation for a truly gifted salesperson.
Cameron’s assistance transformed our Ulta visit into the absolute best shopping experience ever!!

Made a last minute appointment for hail style and makeup for my Nephews wedding. Mia took care of both services and did a fabulous job! I received so many compliments on both. If ever you need those services - I'd recommend her.

I came to this Ulta location on 6/21/25 to make an exchange. I purchased 4 of the new NYX Smushy matte lip balm in an online order. 2 out of the 4 had product squeezed out of them so I came in to replace those items. I was helped by Emanuel (sweetest angel ever) & his manager Cody. They were both very helpful, kind and empathic to my needs. Although my reason for being there wasn't a huge deal, they made me feel validated and heard to help fix the situation. Cody was able to do an even exchange effortlessly and kindly. During the exchange I decided to grab one more shade of the lip balm and Cody asked if I would like to apply for the Ulta card. I submitted my app and he gave me a small gift for applying for the app. Overall really great experience for such a small reason to visit. I highly recommend this location. The service is top notch and they will take care of you.

This was my first time here at this Ulta (my favorite store). The beauty advisors gave some helpful suggestions. Staff is superb. I will definitely come back to this store!

Ulta is a name for all makeup and skin/hair care products. Based on my experience with this store, I decided to try using their saloon. OMG three times, with three different people I have had a very bad experience. These girls listen to you in the style you want to have but do whatever they can (limited ability) do. Specifically, this review goes to Hanna! Terrible stylist! She shampooed, cut, and styled my hair in 10 min which at the end there was couple of hair on the floor. She mimics a stylist but not one of them. After so many days, my hair looks awful. Save your time and money and do not go Ulta's saloon. BTW, each hair cut was $85+tip!!
Simply these girls learn how to cut hair through screwing up your hair.
Shame of you Ulta for hiring them and using your name.

Had 30% off MAC products. Service was friendly, but could lay off approaches a little bit. Employees approached to help every minute or so, which disrupted my browsing. Aside from that, store was store was well stocked and clean.

I rarely visit this Ulta location because I’m never greeted or helped, which is why I usually drive all the way to Tomball. But yesterday was different—Valerie greeted me right away and was incredibly kind and helpful! She absolutely deserves praise. Also, the girl at the counter (silver hoops and bangs, possibly green) was so sweet. They made my experience great and actually made me want to come back!
