If you need your hair done ask for Dawn. She's done wonders on my hair and I'm forever grateful I found her. The past salon I went to for a year was never able to achieve the goal I wanted, but Dawn was able to. She's beyond amazing!!!

The store personnel Ms. Bethany (Dec 11th, 2023 evening) is very unprofessional and arrogant. I received an item from online order that was empty. According to return policy, i decided to visit store and return in person. Bethany appeared to be supervisor of the cashiers. However she is no more professional at all. First, she rejected any form of help, told me i should call & deal with online customer service. Second, she holds no value of the Ulta company, no apologies to customer that such error had happened; instead her tone sounds like customer is the scammer trying to cause trouble to the store. Bottom line, it was the company's return policy that online order can be returned in store. How would a store personnel override the policy so easily, only left embarrassment to the customer? In the end, i tested her by saying could you help me to contact the online service? Again rejected. So why would a person work for Ulta physical store while she obviously has no interest in helping customers and holds no value to the company? What is the point for a customer to visit a store in person? Quick, kind, pleasant Customer service!!! Technically anything can be resolved online these days. I believe Ulta keeps physical stores for a good reason but unfortunately Ms. Bethany doesn't agree.

If you want to feel less than human, go here. Love their products, but not the people behind the counter. Not very friendly, but it's Conroe and by I-45 ?♀️ Also, make sure your app works perfectly before you go in because they won't care to assist you. If you live in the Lake Conroe area, just drive the extra 12 minutes down to the newer Ulta on the S Loop 336.

Ashley Johnson slayed my hair today. She really took her time explaining the process, recommending products, and answering all of my (many) questions. This was a return visit for me for color service as my first appointment was kind of a trial-run simple haircut. The price was affordable and she was very thorough and took her time. I felt like the time I spent during my appointment was well utilized, not too long, and above all, very valuable. I had all over color and full highlights done, with an Olaplex treatment today and left feeling very satisfied. Ashley was personable, professional, and kind. Will be scheduling with her again.

Aubrey help me out so much. You can really tell she loves her job. She is just the sweetest, kindest person. I really appreciated her help. Seriously one of the best experiences I’ve have had shopping in a long time.
