Stellar service! I will definitely recommend this location to my friends. I sell alot of old video games and Amy was extremely helpful. I like feeling safe about mailing things out and they exceeded my expectations.

Every time I go in I am welcomed walking in the door last time I went I believe her name was Amy or something. She was very helpful with me and I would definitely use this place again.

There’s a lady by the name of Ashley who has absolutely no customer service she is always on her phone. The first time I went there I just thought she was having a bad day. Every time I go I wait for someone else to help me. But it’s unfortunate that they have this person working there who has absolutely no respect for customers. She should be fired or trained.

Good for mail not good for notarizing they don’t follow Texas regulations they have their own rules. We wanted a form notarized with ID documents accepted from group b as stated on the form and Texas website but the store would not accept it. So if you want something notarized go elsewhere false advertising.
