From the moment I walked in, they’ve known me by name—a testament to their commitment to building genuine relationships with their customers. The owner, Vishrut, has gone above and beyond, consistently helping me navigate challenges and allowing my business to thrive.
A special thank you goes to Christy, who is an absolute powerhouse. Her reliability, professionalism, and ability to always rise to the occasion have made a significant impact. If I could give them 10 stars, I would—unfortunately, the system only allows 5.

I called this store asking for a copy of a tracking record that I could no pull up on an ups tracking record. She emailed the records and you can see she named the file rude customer. Now that’s some great customer service.

Was way overcharged for a shipping label. I ship things constantly for my nonprofit supporting families that have had a child die and I have never once paid for you or any other location to print a single shipping label. The cost to have you guys print it was half the cost of shipping the entire package and I was lied to about the actual total.

Beware of you having to email them the shipping label and they print it out they will charge a fee. Not that I have issues paying fees for things I know is needed. But they are printing receipts on the same paper they are printing out the shipping labels. He also printed out another label on printer paper that was completely unnecessary to have printed. Little bit of a scam to say the least.

This particular store was AMAZING!! There were 3 team members there working the counters - the one that helped me was on a make-shift counter. They were friendly, quick and worked well together. There was one customer after another and there was really no wait. I went in twice the same day for help!

50% of my Amazon returns never get completed when I use this location. I’ll go through the process, then a month later I will get a notification from amazon that they were never received (even though I have the receipt.) It only happens with this specific UPS location. I’ve never had an issue with other locations or through Kohl’s returns. Absolutely ridiculous.

Such poor management! I walked in and literally was yelling on her employers ear for whatever the reason. No manager should ever be bossing anyone in such way. She either needs to be terminated or not even work in customer service if she acts the way she did to the employees at this store. If you don't like your job just simply find another one.
