Store dropped off very important documentation too late to carrier. I paid for two day air service, didn’t arrive in time because of that. Store was unable to fix issue, I had to call customer service. To get a real person at customer service is a pain. Will not go back to UPS store.
To adress the store reply- your response is not even remotely adressing the issue I stated. Point in case- a mere automated respond without any concerns whatsoever for broken service agreements.

The store manager, Rash, is always so friendly and patient with me even when I bring it a giant pile of Happy Returns and Amazon returns. He has the store running like a well oiled machine.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at a UPS drop-off location. My experience was highly unprofessional and inconsistent with the standards I expect from UPS.
Upon attempting to drop off a package, I was met with unhelpful staff who provided excuses rather than assistance. Furthermore, I was informed that there would be a charge of one dollar for tape and an additional one dollar for printing a shipping label. It was Amazon package and it was supposed to get as the same packing received.These unexpected fees are unacceptable and were not disclosed beforehand.
The quality of service and staff at this location falls far short of what is expected from an authorized UPS partner. I urge you to investigate this matter to ensure that such practices are not reflective of your company's overall standards.

Such friendly, helpful, professional employees here! Josh and Carson were incredibly patient, confident, and customer service driven. Thank you so much Josh and Carson for giving me excellent service! I drive 25 minutes out of the way to come to your UPS store because of the excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

Stood there for 10 minutes waiting to drop packages while one employee helped one woman the entire time…send a single package. Meticulously measuring it at the break neck speed of a snail. The second employee watched him, just stood and watched. The third employee just had a nice conversation with someone else about her sustainable college courses while the line stacked up outside the door. Gotta love it!

If I could give no stars for this store I would. They never help me out. I always end up leaving with all my stuff still in hand because the employees here are beyond incompetent. Worst store ever. I urge you to just go to another, ANY other UPS store but don't waste you time or money at this one.

I went there today about 10:00am and asked if they had a notary. The cleck check the time sheet to told me that the notary would be in at 2:30. I went back at 3:00 and the manager would not let me in. I explained the cleck told me 2:30. I drove up there in the rain. The manager refused to listen to me and yelled at me. He told me not to yell at him but he was the one raising his voice. He was very unprofessional and rude. I will never go back again. We do not need businesses that have managers that treat the customers in this manner. I would give this review zero stars if it would let me. He needs to be fired!!!! I found out this person is the owner. Ups needs to revoke his ownership of this business. The clerk was fine the owner needs to go!!!!

Won't scan their own UPS labels unless you pay a minimum $3.25 for them to print it. Rip off.
