I really dislike this store went here for a upgrade in my phone place order with rep on the phone get to the store order is never picked they some how got my entire account locked for fraud I went to this store 3 days trying to get phone as if I am trying to close on a house deal or a car. I finally said enough is enough cancelled order not to mention they are worthless I had to call Verizon many times while I was at the location like what are they good for.. I placed order online at another location got my phone with no hassle! They are the slowest phone store I have ever been to

Id rather deal with "611" customer support that lives overseas than going to this store or the one by the woodlands mall.

This place is garbage, garbage customer service. My phone broke was sent new phone via the insurance, I am partially blind and needed help to transfer/set up replacement phone and they did not help me. The wanted a $29 dollar plus tax fee. Told me to call 611 (Verizon) and they would help me. 100% truth. They had no problem setting up my back up phone while the replacement was mailed But that was the Spring Location 14 miles down the road. Hats off to their great customer service.

Called the 336 location and spoke with Ramon, explained my experience I just had at the other location... and he told me NOPE, We can DEFINITELY do that in store. He was amazing and helped transfer service for 3 of my phone lines to a new account, AND got phones. Some STUCK UP- THINK SHE KNOWS EVERYTHING- person at the 105 location told me they couldn't help me IN STORE, I had to call, regardless if I was an Authorized User. Also explained I had an ACTIVE account with my home internet. Apparently that didn't matter. Well JUST SO YOU KNOW, FYI, you were 100% wrong and just wanted to be lazy and not provide good customer service. Maybe you should read up on what you can and can not do OR find another profession because customer service is definitely NOT your strong suit.

This location offered my sister A1 customer service when she came in to make some changes to her account and reload a new phone as well. They went above and beyond to service her needs to best of their ability! Manager and staff work as a team! In a world now that customer service is in the toilet… great service is even more special! I ordered a new iPhone 14 plus in red with case and headphones the order was placed on the 2nd with expected delivery on the 4th. The order was placed so that way I could receive it on the 4th and give it to my daughter for her 16th birthday on the 5th. Verizon pushed delivery back to the 7th leaving me without the present promised. I've spoken with both chat video and phone and seem to have not been able to get any kind of resolution. Unfortunately for me Verizon wireless is the only company currently with the red iPhone available in in stock. If it wasn't for me wanting to make my princess happy I would completely cancel the order and service since customer support doesn't believe in doing what their title says. Chat reference number

Went in there to trade my phone in for upgrade and switch from AT&T to Verizon. Andrew helped us and answered all of my questions and concerns . He did an amazing job at explaining everything and making sure I got everything I wanted . Great experience .
