Today Jan 4 2024 I go into the store and I was being helped. I was also going to inquire about some other products. The store manger Shane actually took the salesperson away to help someone else. Really bad leaving me standing there unfinished. I guess it is time to look into other services.

Not just this store, but the company as a whole. There are 2 nice men at this location who know what they're doing, but that's about it. The company overall has been giving me the run around for 2 months. On the phone with customer support for multiple hours, no one could answer my questions, they signed me up for things I never agreed to, told me my watch would work with a phone it wasn't compatible with....one lady told me she had no idea why there was a hold on my account and didn't know who to talk to to find out how to resolve my issue, this company does not know what it is doing.

I have been a customer for 21 years and have visited this location several times through the years. This time I was just a number, the sales person was nice but clueless. I was offered no options,or deals, or information on how to use my new product. I was told that the watch was part of phone deal....not. I felt like the kid worked off of commission and due to my situation I was taken advantage of.

I'm very disappointed with this location. The website says they close at 6 p.m. on Sundays, but we got there at 5:15 they had the doors locked.

Would’ve been a five star review except I found out I was given bad information about a $200 credit for my account for adding another line during Christmas specials. Was told this credit would come in the form of a gift card through the mail, but turns out Veronica told me incorrectly, and I actually had to go online to fill out the form. By the time I figured it out the form expired and it was too late.I have been fighting with customer service to get that $200 for six months resulting in multiple escalations within customer service. Kept being promised I would be granted that credit, but just called again and was told it was denied twice, but no one ever followed up with me as to why. Would really love to not have a run around it cost me six months to get some thing I should’ve gotten but because someone gave me bad information I lost out on $200. Very displeased with this.Make sure your employees know what the heck the specials and deals are. Absolutely ridiculous.

Promised me a range extender an never received it and was sent a refurbished phone after only having my new galaxy for a week an the screen would freeze worst customer experience I have ever had

Good service, and a good selection of phoned. But it was really crowded. So don't come there expecting to be in and out in a short time.
