Ramon went out of his way to help me with my problem cell phone. He somehow managed to transfer my information from my old cell phone to the new one despite a near black screen. I don't know how he managed it. Very courteous and smart.

Update: Ramon was so helpful in dealing with Verizon's difficult custom service reps. The store was also full of people and he and Erica were effectively helping all of them.
Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. Much better than the Location on 105 across from Home Depot.

I had a great experience buying a replacement phone for the one I had which died unexpectedly. Ramon answered all of my questions and gave me reviews for the various phones which were available.
He had my new phone in my hand and I was on my way in a very short time. Excellent customer experience!
