Visited the store to trade in my old Samsung for an iPhone. Andrew helped me select my new phone and with an incredible amount of patience switched everything I had on my old phone to my new one plus gave me a tutorial on how to use my new iPhone and answered a multitude of questions. Very pleased with my visit today.

This is a franchise store Verizon Wireless corporate completely made it right! They accepted the return of the phone and waived the $50 restocking fee. They accepted the Apple Watch back and waived the damage fee. They placed my account on hold until all of this was resolved so I wasn’t paying a huge bill.Every Verizon Wireless employee admitted that an Apple Watch was not a great recommendation for a 7 year old. I’m grateful for Verizon Corporate they were extremely understanding. I will never return to this store or recommend. It felt like I was dealing with a car salesman. Lesson learned.I went in for a simple request. I had ordered a gizmo watch for my 7 year old and it was delayed in the mail so I went in seeing if I could get one from the store. The salesman told me that the Apple Watch was comparative and had the exact same features etc. It’s not for multiple reasons and not at all appropriate for a 7 year old boy. It was scratched to heck the day we got it and he couldn’t use it. They also talked me into upgrading my phone (which he said was practically free and I would get the watch free)I tried returning all of the devises and was told if I returned the phone they would charge me a $181 restocking fee and I would have to pay for the watch! He tried then telling me I couldn’t return it because I was missing a tiny plastic piece inside the box! I never wanted a new phone or an apple watch I wanted a simple gizmo watch for my child.To top it off I get home after hours in the store to a notification stating there was a notification of a password data breach at the exact time I was in the store. The salesman was downloading different apps to try and back up my old phone to transfer and coincidently now I have a data leak notification for all of my accounts including my business accounts.I’ve been with Verizon for nearly 20 years. I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve ever complained. This one was the worst.
