I went to pick up a print and the lady infront of me was picking up her prints. She had 8x10's and 1 of them didn't print out right. She admitted it was probably her fault. The lady behind the counter said if it was their fault they wouldn't charge her but since it was the customers fault she had to pay for it. I said she could decline that print and the lady said no you have to still pay for it. Company policy! I call that BS! I have had pictues not come out right and declined them! I have bought my prints from this walgreens for years! Never again! I just bought my last one! Is it worth even possibly 2! That ladies bill was almost $30.! 3 out of 4 were good!! The lady thanked me for speaking up and going to bat for her but it didn't matter!

Pharmacist so useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Does not know how to fill a B-12 injection!!!!! Then wants to blame on the doctor office.Just completely USELESS!Will be taking mine and my family’s scripts to H‑E‑B.

The pharmacy here is amazing and always going above and beyond to help. Jaszmin in the pharmacy is so kind and polite with top tier customer service. I trust this pharmacy more than ANY OTHER in town!

DON'T COME TO THIS WALGREENSOk came real far drive since this was the ONLY Walgreens that had the mask was broken on the side employee ask Brandon(manager) for a discount he aromatically said NO I asked why? If I needed & was going buy it FINAL PRICE FOR BROKEN mask cost $11.99SO SAD LEFT HOME WITH A BROKEN MASK ??♀️

It's Walgreens, they do what they are supposed to do. The pharmacy is overworked, but the pharmacy techs are always nice. Why give a bad review? It's a pharmacy not a 5 star restaurant.

Scheduled a drive-thru Covid test for a Saturday afternoon. The pharmacy technician was helpful and patiently explained the process of self-administering the test. The results came in days before anticipated through a confidential email. I recommend this location if a Covid test is needed.

If I could give them a zero I would!!! This is the worst pharmacy in the city of Conroe and possibly the worst in the state of Texas. The tech I dealt with this time doesn’t have a clue. The pharmacy has to tell him how to call another store to see if they had the medication I was there to pick up and then he hung up, when he should have placed them on hold per the pharmacist, she had to tell him how to call them a second time. Then the Walgreens pharmacy on the phone finally hung up on the tech because once again he has NO CLUE what he was doing or common sense for that matter. Most techs at this pharmacy have the personality of shoe leather. When someone os sick they don’t really feel like dealing with an attitude. Might try compassion and see how much further a smile will carry you!!! The drive thru line is ALWAYS minimum 4 cara deep.

I used to love coming here, but every employee with the exception of one, have the worst attitudes. It really says something when the customer greets the employee and the employee cannot be bothered to be pleasant, it's not hard to be nice to someone being nice back.

Horrible customer service from the manager! She was very rude. Placed a curbside order which I paid for before hand. I get to the store to pickup in waiting for 10 minutes so I call then someone walks out and asks me to come in to pay. I let her know I already paid and will let the manager know that. Manager insisted that I did not pay, which is crazy cause the order would bot have been placed if I didn’t pay. She tried to make me pay twice. Called my bank it’s a preauthorized hold so payment is pending til I pick up. I called Walgreens they told me the same thing she would not honor it. I was up there for 1 hour and 15 minutes wasting my time for a order I already paid for! Very rude the manager was smh will never go to this location again. I place curbside orders all the time from Walgreens and never have I ever ran into an issue with my orders. Smh
