They were the lowest cost on a very expensive prescription. Three times lower than Kroger. Erica, the pharmacist was the best. Super courteous and very helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy has the absolute worst service. They are super slow. No one has any sense of urgency. They will look at you walk in and they won't say Hi Welcome in or anything. I got my prescriptions switched somewhere else because everytime I go there the pricing is different. Walgreens need to just shut every location down. It's the same scenario at every Walgreens you go to.

My doctor had sent in multiple electronic scripts and yet nothing shows for them. I have been given the run around for multiple days now. When I moved to this location a month ago I had my information changed from my previous home town to here . Everything went fine. Provided proof of address when my mediation was picked up via billing statement and drivers license as per their online policy. This month the head of pharmacist told me they did not fill and have not filled anything for me since last year in a different town. ? . Okay so I guess I have been taking smarties candy all month prior to this. Then she told me they won’t fill bc my old hometown is too far away and I’ll have to go there. ??? I literally took care of this last month. Now she has told me she will “honor” a fill for this month but have to go closer to home next time. ???????? At this point they still have only received one of my medications and claim the other was never sent and that I need to talk to my doctors office bc “they probably sent it to CVS” … Now my doctor has sent it in twice and they still don’t see it and have now told me they are not going to fill it regardless bc the head pharmacist isn’t in and they don’t know what to do bc it says I need to go “closer to home” I live a mile away from this Walgreens. Not sure how much closer I need to be. Anyways, FED up. At this point I will be boycotting Walgreens at all cost.

Check and recheck before u leave this pharmacy will take your money sale you the wrong thing and refuse to take it back . They will also state an item cannot be used with goodrx even when it has been done multiple times before. Horrible service long waits prescriptions wrong I urge you to avoid this place like the plague.

We went for specific items we were pricing and yes it was less here, they had a lot of sale and clearance item's we picked up to, friendly staff very clean store it makes you wanna stay and shop. Looking forward to my next shopping trip

I went in for passport photos and had a terrible experience. Someone from the front cashier called for assistance and a lady came up. She was pretty rude and definitely seemed like I was bothering her. She quickly took my photo and printed it before I could even look at them. The quality was TERRIBLE. There was a green hue around my mouth and she cropped them terribly. I didn't know you could retake them or get a refund and after her demeanor, I just wanted to leave. I went to another location and re-took them and was given a refund after the cashier saw how atrocious the original photos came out. The name on my receipt was Amber. DONT RECOMMEND.

My Doctor sent in prescriptions to this pharmacy. When I went to pick them up I was told that they were being filled in Dallas and I would get them tomorrow. I was then told that I had to call if I needed them sooner. Then another person told me that it was Walgreens policy that the prescriptions were not filled until the next day. When the doctor prescribes a medication, it isn’t for next the next day, or when the pharmacy decides, it is for medication that the doctor determines is necessary for you at that time. Walgreens just lost another customer with their asinine policies.

Yesterday (6-14-2023) my wife dropped off a prescription written after my surgery that morning. She was told it would be 2 hours. Not a problem, she went back in 4 hours and was told they hadn't filled it yet. The tech said "there are 80 (yes, she said 80). prescriptions sitting there and none of them have been filled." The pharmacist was standing right there and made no comment. Disgusting. Are they trying to beat CVS out of cellar position. And don't try to escape responsibility by saying "we were very busy." The pharmacist at the very least should have tried to acknowledge the problem and not the tech.

Went through the drive through pharmacy today and the customer service I received from the pharmacy tech Charisma was terrible she had a nasty attitude as if the Goodrx coupon was coming out of her paycheck, we will be transferring pharmacies.

I transferred a prescription to 4870 West Davis in Conroe b/c the RX Saver coupon showed the best price & I don't have insurance. Even though the coupon says "show at any Walgreens" and it was for 90 mg and 90 tablets which is what the prescription was for, the pharmacist refused to accept the coupon. He said he could not get the brand it called for but the coupon says generic for Armor Thyroid and does not specify a brand. I told him I didn't feel that should be my problem but he didn't care. I transferred to a different pharmacy.

Worst experience ever. Waited 1 hr and 10min in the drive through. There was only the car at the window in front of me and a car behind me so I could not get out of line. Ridiculous. I get to the window and the lady was irritated that I was there

Staff is friendly and helpful. Always a pleasant experience when stopping by! Being new to Conroe they even recommended places to check out
