I have used this pharmacy a few times and it is not close to my home.
On three occasions, they have helped me through issues (having items in stock, savings cards, etc,) that my local location was not able to do.
The staff is so helpful, patient, and kind.
I appreciate them so very much!

Had the best care from Mr. Alan Lee (Pharmacist) at this location. We traveled from Dallas to Houston for procedure from an injury my husband had a work. Workers comp had my husbands incorrect information making it a hassle to release the pain medication. Mr. Lee worked hard and he is truly appreciated. He helped in reaching out to the workers comp and the surgeon to get everything corrected. We need more Alan Lee’s! Heaven sent.

They are a joke I got a prescription refilled I was out of and needed. My Dr spoke with them and still won't fill my prescription! Important medication I with have seizures going through withdrawals on I've had 3 brain surgeries and they want to cause problems and make things difficult! It's ridiculous!

I had to get a flu shot. My insurance didn't cover it. I was able to get it free. Sarah was busy at the counter. She never lost her cool. She stayed cool and pleasant under pressure. Great customer service.

Went back 3 times for prescription pick up. Gave them my updated insurance. I was told I needed to get with the doctor again because she wrote prescription out of my insurance coverage. Doctor said that walgreebs never input the correct insurance because it was on the correct insurance. Doctor had to call and teach them how to get it right.

This was the first time that I have ever used Walgreens Pharmacy and it will be the last. I called ahead and was told that my prescription would be ready at 6:00 pm. I arrive at the store at 6:30 and thru said it was not ready yet. The man at the counter says there is no way anyone from this store could have given me that pick up information and so I pulled my phone out to show him that in fact yes someone had and he went to the back for 10 minutes, comes back and says it'll be ready in another 15-20 minutes. Never ever will I ever choose this Walgreens Pharmacy to handle my prescription needs

This location could do better in their customer service and time management category. If you call the phone system tells you a different time than the pharmacy tech when you arrive.

They were a good pharmacy, but DO NOT use them. The worst. They tell you that your prescription is ready and it is not. You also have several days before it will be ready. This is the worst!!! What they are doing is having a third party fill the prescription. MAKING A CHANGE!!!

this is absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy ever!!!! first they tell you they don't have your prescription, then you have your doctors office call up here and call in the prescription in case it did not go through electronically, after your doctors office has called up here and you call on the status they tell you they don't have it. After raising hell they then miraculously find your prescription. I asked how long they tell me an hour and a half. I go home which is like 15 minutes from here and as soon as I walk in the door they're calling me telling me my prescription is ready. I drive back up here and have to sit for over 30 minutes in the drive-through. All of this being done right after having surgery! they truly need to be retrained or go back through orientation

Megan lies & says she's a store manager not a pharmacy manager.She discriminates against special needs children & service dogs.After sitting in the drive threw for thirty mins she thought they would like to force me to come in because they don't know how to type in. Express pass I explained how I do this because of my service dog & my son she stated she didn't care.She let her employee talk to me so disrespectful then said she was by the window & heard him.So unprofessional I'll take my business else where after 7 years they will never see me again!Calling corporate

This pharmacy as a whole is okay. My insurance requires it so I come here. I have had several issues during the day but one time it was late and I called.I had the pleasure of speaking with Mike. Mike is the overnight pharmacist and he is FANTASTIC! He will not put you on hold, he will not end your call until he takes care of your problem. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. I purposely call when he is there if I need anything handled because he is such a joy to deal with. Whatever they are paying him, it's is not enough. Being a kind human is something that is taught and his parents did something right! He has made a Walgreens pharmacy customer out of me!If you do go during the day Tylor is wonderful as well. She is patient and super helpful.
