No management and the people working there may have passed the exams but have no idea how to operate in a business environment.
Walgreens should be ashamed.

I went there because they were the only pharmacy that was open late. I went there after I left the emergency room. I got medication they charged me $104.00 for it. When I got my regular pharmacy HEB I only paid $24.00 for the same medication.

DON NOT GO HERE!! Absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve been told for weeks my prescription will be ready tomorrow. It’s always tomorrow and is never available. Every time I call to check on the prescription status the staff are rude and act like it’s an inconvenience to them then they hang up on you. They have zero respect for customers. HORRIBLE STAFF.

I’m not at all shocked at these reviews. Every month something isn’t ready, will be several days. Staff is rude & uncaring. As a nurse, if I treated people that way I’d be fired!

Walgreens will not fill my prescription. They said they faxed the office and no one responded. What I am about to say next is the truth, and my opinion, as stated by the person at the pickup window, and the pharmacist: WE CANNOT OPEN THE BOX. THE BOX HAS TEN IN IT. THE ORDER IS FOR SEVEN. WE CANNOT CHANGE THE DOCTORS ORDER AND GIVE YOU TEN. SO, BECAUSE THE DOCTORS OFFICE DID NOT RESPOND TO OUR FAX TO THEM, AND WE CANNOT OPEN THE BOX, WE CANNOT GIVE YOU THE MEDICINE. Can someone answer this fax please. I don't know what to do. How can a pharmacy make a Doctor change an order for treatment because of a box quantity.

Dropped my prescription off at 4:30 P.M. and went back at 8:30 P.M. to pick it up and it still wasn’t ready….. went through the drive through and was told to come inside and once I got inside I had to wait another 30 minutes. My prescription was waiting on the counter for god knows how long before I finally stood up and said something. It would be nice if someone could get some organization up there.

This is the worst pharmacy in all aspects. You, your mother, child, dog and cat will all die waiting for them to do anything at all in a timely manner. Just because they’re 24hrs doesn’t mean they’ll ever have your prescription ready. Nobody knows what they’re doing, there’s a high turnover rate - new employees all the time no one to hold them accountable to the patients they serve.
