I arrived at 6:45pm on Thursday, September 28. The technician was immediately rude, loudly telling every customer, “I can’t do much we are about to close.” Mind you, there still was 15 minutes left of store hours. When she got to me, she claimed she could not find my prescription that had been sent over. Then she suddenly found it, but she again said she won’t have time since they are about to close. Then as she said that, she claimed it disappeared from her screen.I called the doctor and had them send it again. She actually had to send the script a total of three times to two different locations. The other reps at the other pharmacies in Houston and Dallas could not find the original script either. It also isn’t online in my Walgreens portal.Due to this, I am quite sure the first tech, in her haste to get off for the day, either intentionally or accidentally deleted my original script.Furthermore, they closed the pharmacy shutters five minutes before closing time at 7pm!I actually never even got the prescription filled until yesterday Monday, October 2nd. It makes no sense that it takes 5 days to fill a prescription. This is unacceptable.I will not be patronizing Walgreens pharmacy ever again. I never wait more than 45 minutes for a prescription to be filled at CVS. And I have never been rushed out the door and had my script deleted because a tech was ready to clock out for the day.

There was a long line for the pharmacy even there was plenty of people working in the back but for no reason took a while to be served

I am a previous employee here. I worked there for one year and two months. During that time I had to report my store manager multiple times. I was a shift leader and had the opportunity to have people trespassed from the store if needed. There is a mother-son duo that would come into the store. The gentleman would sexually harass most of the female employees including myself. I got backlash from the store manager about having him and his mother trespassed. The store manager asked me "was it sexual harassment or was it something that you just didn't like". When multiple female employees closer to 18 years old tell me what he is doing and they feel uncomfortable, yes that is sexual harassment. This is not somewhere that people should shop nor work. It is ridiculous how that store is being ran. I hope corporate sees this and takes action.

An associate heartily greeted me. I waited comfortably for my expertly administered vaccination. What more does one need from a store?

I had a 5:30 appointment for a Covid booster. I made the appointment here because it's on my way home from work. Arrived at 5:20, at 6:00 (the time of this review) I am still waiting for someone to wait on me. One gal obviously doesn't want to be here, she came into the pharmacy with a very unpleasant look on her face; the pharmacist was on the phone most of the time; and one gal was actually pleasant and helpful - to everyone else while I sat and waited! Now I know why they had a 1-star review and I definitely won't be back here again. This is probably the worst run pharmacy I have EVER had the displeasure of visiting! Haha, I just got a text telling me my vaccination is complete-I'm still sitting here waiting!

Got a covid test, the results came back so quickly and the employees were absolutely wonderful. They called me instantly with my son's results and because of the invalid test offered to allow him to come back and get another. I highly recommend this Walgreens. The pharmaceutical staff are outstanding.

Walgreens is so bad. I stopped using them years ago. CVS has higher employee standards, processes, store cleanliness, etc.. Used Walgreens for a COVID test recently, the piece of paper they gave me with the test number is not for the lab the send the sample off to. That is a different place and of course “once it leaves the store it’s out of our hands” - ok fine, then why give me a piece of paper with instructions for getting results whose website says “have not received that sample” - unbelievable Then they get frustrated when I call We are at 72 hours now, nothing CVS got us results in 36 hours

If I could give this a lower score, I would. Avoid this Walgreens pharmacy at all costs. It will take an egregious amount of time just to get help and get your issue taken care of. There's a lack of empathy from employees who simply don't care that they have an aisle of customers waiting!

Had to stop and get medicinces and while I sat in the car, I noticed three people go in without masks. Since the law now requires masks, I assumed they would be escorted out, but they weren't. It's a damn shame that people are not considerate enough to wear masks, but it's even worse that stores don't have the guts to enforce the rules. All because of greed.

I've been here an hour trying to get my sick 11month old's prescriptions filled. They said the Dr from the ER isn't covered by Medicaid. I asked if they tried to call and get a different Dr. To call in the same script and they said yes they called several and handed me my scripts back and said there was nothing they could do. I called the office myself and they said Walgreens never called and they would call in his script. They didn't even ask if I wanted to just pay from them myself because obviously my son needs his medicine. My 4 year old and I had a cart full of stuff that we put back because after my experience I don't want to spend anything more than I absolutely have to. I will not come back and do not recommend which is sad because Walgreens has always been are go to.

Been waiting at the window( after I had already recieved a automated call saying perscriotion were ready) for 30 min. This is awful, I just left the hospital and it really shouldn't take this kind of time to pick up prescriptions call in by the hospital with insurance.
