How is Walgreens still considered a pharmacy. They never have medications in stock, most of the time they have to order them and it takes days! When the doctors call in a prescription they don’t fill it the same day they say they add it to your profile and you have to call for them fill it which is ridiculous. Obviously it needs to be filled if the doctor called it in! It’s ridiculous!

I started using this Pharmacy recently and they are very fast and courteous and I like the 24hr aspect of being able to pick up around my schedule.

The pharmacy tech arleiel (something like that) I went to pick up my prescription and she had an attitude. She acted like she didn’t want to be at work. She talked to me with one words like birthday, okay, done, no, just being very short with her answer and she made no eye contact. She was staring at computer the majority of time. Like when you’re talking to some acknowledgment is key.

Good afternoon, I would like to put a complaint about this pharmacy, I don’t know how to contact through manager but this is the best way for me to do it. The problem about the inventory and stock is really bad. My doctor sent me a prescription about two weeks ago and the refill should be automatically placed, I call the doctor and that’s why he told me, this would be the second week that I could not get the medicine because a refill was not placed even though I called and told them and the second I could not get treated because of the pharmacy. I went this Saturday and was treated with disrespect by the pharmacy guy that was there, I then asked for another person to speak to and he was disrespectful as well. I don’t remember the names but the costumer service was really bad.

I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot online. The confirmation said to be here at 12:20 which I was. I filled out the questionnaire online and scanned their QR code to check in at 12:20. They’ve asked me the same pre-vaccination questions three times, yes the same ones I’ve filled out online. Now they’re asking me to fill out the questionnaire on their clipboard THE SAME QUESTIONS. In eight minutes I’ll have been here for an hour. These people are inept.
I told Lukas, the shift leader, about it and he said there’s nothing he can do about it. Way to lead “shift leader”.

I changed from Kroger and Walgreens because my maintenance scripts are cheaper here, and I don’t have to wait forever. They fill fast. Refills on time. I can also get little things I need for the house like paper towels or cleaning products.

Very disappointed that we still have Manger using their position in such unprofessional behavior. 0n August 4,2024 @8:50 am, as I was checking out one of the employee accused me paying with a fake $20 dollar bill. Manger Magen was call and things got worse she has no type of leadership, both could not show me evidence on what I was been accused for. They apply sanitiser that was their way of indentafing fake money and kept telling me load enough where other customers could hear I had fake money. I work in place where we use counterfeit pens when i try showing her, the worse part was she wouldn't even try to solve the missed understanding. She made it clear she was going to refusing my business and laugh. I have never been profile by a white person,by my race and color. I hope this doesn't happen to everyone else it's not a good feeling. To Walgreens focus on who is being hired. I do hope she would realize and apologize. she was in the wrong the situation could have been handled differently, Walgreens do better!!

Please choose another pharmacy!
They used to email me updated about my prescriptions and now they never do. They don’t even let me know that it is unavailable and that they will not get it in. I have to call other pharmacies. 4/5 time I have to transfer it. The pharmacist was also really rude about it. She told me, they no longer send updates anymore and that I will need to call to see if it is ready or if they have it.

Short staffed, long waits and orders never ready when sent over and they often don’t have the prescription or medicine in stock.

Why have pick up orders if cannot fulfill them. Waited over 15 mins after checking in. Called as the app says to call after 5 mins of checking in. Someone answered in one ring and when I asked if they are bringing it out was told no that they are kinda busy. What's the point of having pickup if you are not going to do it? My son has special needs and it's really difficult taking him in and out of stores. Hence why I placed a pick up order. Very unprofessional. If you place a pick up order be prepared to wait 20 minutes to get it.

Thank y’all so much for amazing customer service, I highly recommend stopping by this location.Employees are always friendly and helpful and will go out of there way to assist you and if they don’t have what you’re looking for you’re guaranteed to get something similar or better. I will always return here love you guys.???
