Messed up my prescription and now I am the one that has to take time out of my day again to figure out how to get it fixed. Also, they tried to cut my prescription into 4 parts and then make my pay 3X the amount. Didn't ask me anything didnt say thing. When I called to ask about it being switched to this location because I was closer to it at the time they said ok and then didn't tell me how long it would be until it was ready just told me to wait they were pulling it over and then silence and they said ok and hung up. When I went to pick it up I thought it was correct and didn't seem to notice anything until I was home. When looking at it I was confused why the origial amount was not in the container. I varifed that the amount was not correct with my doctors office. It's annoying that I have to jump throw hoops to get something taken care of even tho it should have already been done.

This pharmacy is worthless, useless, poor customer service, non professional management pharmacist when it comes to making decisions to the customers care. I am a nurse and chose to work in the medical field as I put the public care and concerns and needs first. On today the road is clear, as yesterday we had snow and followed with sun that melted the snow on the roads. I went to work as I should have because I am a first responder. This pharmacy was closed yesterday and now today with driveable roads. They don't pur the customers first. Never have and never will. Shut store location down. Fire everyone in this location. Loop 336 and Plantation Dr. Call state board on those who hold licenses and recommend those numbers. They don't deserve to serve in this field. I have called corporate and will mail in a my recommendation also. This use to be a good store, but the people that were top DOG, moved to other locations and left trash.

Seriously the worst pharmacy!! I hope Walgreens sends out a survey they really need to investigate the customer service at this store. So glad to see I am not the only one! Go to Kroger Pharmacy 👍🏻

I'm not sure if this is a new pharmacist working at this location but the one I've had to deal with the last three times regarding new prescriptions has to be the most incompetent pharmacist I've ever met. It's scary to think she's in charge of life altering medication's.

This Walgreens is the best Pharmacy we have ever been to. My wife and I love the Pharmacists Ms. Hoang and Hilda who give great and caring counsel on the different drugs we have to take nowadays in our golden years as well as ALL the staff. In no particular order, there is Meghan and Rico and Crystal and Tony ...IT is like visiting family members who really care and make it personal coming to the Drug Store. Also Nelly the check out lady who helps out a lot in cosmetics she is so helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for all the many years of helping us thru surgeries and sickness. and just regular meds we take.

Rude lady answers the phone .
I tried to call today 08/27/24 at 7:19 to ask about a prescription, holded for 10 minutes, and when a lady finally answers, does not even let me speak and hangs up on me while I was starting to speak, rude and unprofessional!

I've been using Walgreens pharmacy for over 20 years. I recently moved to Conroe and now all my refill dates are messed up. I get monthly prescriptions. 30 day supply! I'm told every month that it's to soon to fill them. I've talked to my doctor and he doesn't understand why Walgreens is doing this. I've been waiting for over a week and now they tell me they only have half of the medication..I think I'm going to switch to CVS!!
