I came this morning to pick up ONE picture, and I asked the first employee I saw if she could call somebody for me at the photo center, she could not even reply to my “good morning” when I greeted her and when she finally came to give me my picture, she had the worst attitude, she was very rude. Her name is Amanda H.

On hold for over 30 minutes, hung up, called later, and they still put me on hold for long periods of time. Still on hold as I type this. They also say you owe and that an insurance wouldn't pay for something they have been paying for every month when in reality they use a different brand and it's on them for saying they have something they don't. One time I was told I had a copay and when I came back for the meds another tells me insurance paid it. I'm tired of fighting this pharmacy.

They are a busy location and I was put on hold for about 3 minutes before speaking to a pharmacist. The pharmacist was knowledgeable about an issue with my current medication that none of the other 3 Walgreens I called were aware of and helped me make an informed decision about what steps to take next.

Their pharmacy is terrible. I could excuse the long wait times, if it weren't for the staff. I just had neck surgery in August, and due to other painful health issues, I am prescribed a low dose of percocet to manage my pain. I usually use Kroger, but their stock will be on back order until December. So I had my doctor call my meds over to Walgreens. I hadn't used Walgreens in a couple of years, and now I remember why. I went up there, in person, and after waiting in line for over 20 minutes, when there were only 2 customers ahead of me, I asked about my meds. I explained I don't have a working vehicle, and I had to get a ride from someone else. The woman at the register told me the pharmacist had to verify my meds, without explaining what that meant, and when I asked how long that would take, she took a rude tone with me and told me to go sit down, it would take 15 minutes. After waiting for an additional 30 minutes, the actual pharmacist came out and was acting hostile, in front of my 7 year old son. He said, "I'm going to keep my voice down, if you want me to be loud, I can be loud, but I'm going to keep my voice down, so the other customers can't hear this conversation." He wasn't keeping his voice low. EVERYONE could hear him. He didn't pull me to the side, he walked right into the waiting area. He continued, "It is our policy to verify prescriptions for narcotics. Why did you choose Walgreens? Tell me what's going on." I told him about Kroger's backorder situation, about my neck surgery, about the person who drove me there, waiting for me, and why I chose Walgreens. But he continued talking to me like some kind of pill junkie. Then he said, "I will call Kroger, and if they verify you, I'll see about filling your prescription, but if they don't, we won't fill them." Which would've been fine, but his demeanor was aggressive, and now the rest of the customers were staring at me. After accusing me of trying to get a different prescription filled too early, even though I told the staff, twice, I wasn't picking that one up until the middle of next month, it took an additional 25 minutes, before I was called over to the counter, to pay. I'm giving them 2 stars, instead of 1, because after finally calling Kroger, they were nice to me. The difference in their attitudes towards me was like night and day. I understand the stigma attached to opiates, but they could've easily called Kroger and verified me a LOT sooner. Plus, I'm on the lowest dose available, and the hideous surgical wound on my throat should've at least shown that I had surgery. But now that I'm verified, they'll probably treat me better next time. At least until kroger can be used again.

Employees are extremely rude, they don't greet you when you walk in or speak when you greet them. They rarely have the merchandise you're looking for. I could've sworn the one guy was watching me as I shopped. Very uncomfortable location.

I've been on hold for 30 minutes and then they finally answer and only get to one of my questions then put me on hold after just mumbling some crap. Then finally pick up and are rushing me through my questions. I understand you're busy but if I've been waiting already you take the time to address my needs in the proper manner not like a crazed lunatic . Obviously y'all can't handle pressure, that's part of your job as a pharmacist or a tech. You gotta be quick but if you've been making someone wait on the phone you don't put them as Lower priority and then rush them through the phone.

The pharmacy is TRASH! They hang up on you, they said my old insurance was taken off my account but didnt take old insurance off, they leave you on hold for over 10 minutes and when you call back they continue to leave you on hold. I absolutely HATE using walgreens for my prescriptions and will never use them again. I can understand if I was rude or being angry but I wasn’t. I’m over this place. Go somewhere else unless you like being treated like trash.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is terrible. They don’t tell you if they do not have your prescription. You find out once you go up there. When you try to call you sit on the phone for several minutes waiting to talk to someone. I hope this pharmacy goes out of business because the customer service is terrible.

I’ve used this pharmacy since the day it opened. It’s the closest one to my residence. Every moth I get a text, email and phone call that my prescriptions are ready. Once I arrive to pick them up the amount on one prescription is always wrong and when the employee tries but fails to enter the coupon…I receive a call, text and email stating there is an insurance issue with that same prescription each and every month!! So I have to wait an hour to be told I will have to return. Every moth FOR OVER A YEAR this has/does occur!! I have such vitrol and hatred for this place!!!

Pharmacy is so slow! You can’t even get through the drive-thru in under 30 minutes. The pharmacist doesn’t speak very clear English so communication is rough.
