If I can give ZERO stars, I would. Save yourself and your family the time and headache and find a different pharmacy. They are unreasonable, don’t answer the phones and make mistakes frequently. Rude in person and often override doctors orders because they think they have the “final say” on medications. Appalled

I Love the staff here! They are so kind and patient. The pharmacy is always helpful they make sure I understand my medicine. The in store staff are very helpful even if there busy they make time to help me. As an elderly person I appreciate all of you and thank you for being so kind. I Really Love This Walgreens.

I have a Great experience every time I come in. They greet me when I come in. The awesome at the pharmacy. They help me with all my needs from pharmacy to in store item. Keep up the Great work you do. True human kindness!

Worst pharmacy. The customer service is atrocious. Don’t have any questions about prescriptions they won’t get answered!! They act like you’re a nuisance. I swear the drive through is the worst solution you’ll end up going in and waiting forever.

Worst experience always. I am changing to CVS. Who in their right mind at a pharmacy counter giggles and says it's like a treasure hunt trying to find scripts around here. It was not cute and not funny. Surprised they haven't killed someone by giving them the wrong meds!!!!

What kind of pharmacy doesn’t carry insulin needles?!?? The guy behind the counter acted like I was crazy for even asking. Also the 3 used pregnancy tests on the ground in the parking lot were really nice.

The whole staff at the Walgreens pharmacy is rude and has horrible customer service. I had my root canal redone and went to go pick up my antibiotics and other medication that both said that they were ready to pick up. Of course when I get there 1 is done and the other I get told to wait another 10 extra minutes and they’ll call my name. They never call my name, they made me wait an extra 20 minutes helping other customers and they come and go. I finally get fed up and go up there and my medicine has just been sitting there. Waiting, no one told me anything. If this is the closest pharmacy to you go to HEB down the road or CVS in Willis. This location itself needs a revamp

Do not use this pharmacy in Conroe on W Davis. Disorganized, unhelpful, always out of medicine and can never give you an accurate time frame. Multiple occasions my Dr. has sent prescriptions and they can’t find it after I have already gotten confirmation text. Save your time and energy.

Pharmacy review only- this pharmacy charges you the highest possible amount AND blocks any less expensive forms of your prescription. The main head pharmacist here is not only fully on board with this she actively targets anyone who doesn’t fall in line with her. Not a way to keep your customers. I gave them many, many chances to right what they were doing.

Terrible phone service. There exactly one pharmacist I like there and he is the reason we have stayed but I'm switching to HEB. They at least answer their phones. Our prescriptions are constantly delayed because they never have them in stock.
