Went just 15 minutes ago, the Venezuelan lady behind the register alone asks what she can do for me, as I'm explaining to her why I'm there she cuts me off as she got tired of hearing me bc clearly wasn't "listening" decided to let me know wait for the manager. I cold t find my electronic receipt on my email, so I let ppl pass as I start playing with the app which mind you is my first time trying to locate the purchase. She didn't at all try to explain or help how I could find the receipt, again dismisses me and wait for the manager who was counting drawers in the back and I'm still waiting. She doesn't call him she says you have to wait he's busy or you don't have to wait. Rude af, I proceed to find the barcode on the app, the gun won't pick it up, she gives up l, yep you gonna have to wait, told her well can you try anything maybe manually punch it in, I've been here waiting long enough, try something, like help, guide me or just find ways to make this transaction happen. Most cashiers do, and I'm out the door. Nope 400 ppl pass to pay and I'm still there. She knows I'm already frustrated and doesn't care to call the manager either. Finally find my receipt she scans it transaction done. At all this she's all rude with an attitude saying well you don't have to wait ppl have things to do that's life, I don't get flustered for nobody this is everywhere you see everyone impatient and bla bla bla. Start arguing with me and I'm here arguing with her saying I don't need you to argue with me, and that's not how customer service works you should've tried and help or guide me to do this transaction and be done with it but you didn't. She goes I don't know how to do any of that and I'm not gonna try to reach u either. I was like well ok I see that, you have no customer service skills, you have no respect and you clearly need a lot of training in all departments. And I don't need you to argue with me back. I'm saying you are horrible at your job and shouldn't be here waiting 30 min for a simple return. And you talk to much lady. She goes have a better day, as I'm walking out screaming. So disrespectful, the reason I know she's Venezuelan is bc she said she don't take shit bc she's Venezuelan, I said and I'm Puerto Rican and what? But i also know respect and how to treat people and you suck at it and at your job. How you got al this job or any other for that matter boggles my mind. She was just very confrontational and rude from the get go. You can call corporate bla bla, like she was unfazed bc she truly doesn't care. This is the type of people working nowadays and why this world is so fkd and everyone ends up fighting and angry. Doesn't take anything for me but I sure as heck gonna review it. I always leave with grace. Ppl need to give grace, def not her. This was just so uncalled for.

So nice to have 24 hour service when needed. Able to fill my script within 15 minutes and everyone was very nice.

One of the worst pharmacy services. I went to pick up some prescription antibiotics for my son, and was told to come back in an hour. Fair enough, I come back an hour later and sit in the drive thru for 45min watching cars behind me back up to go inside. When I honk to get the pharmacists attention, I am told to wait and that he is helping another customer.. as if I am not a customer who has been waiting for 45 mins in the drive thru! I go in fuming and gave him a piece of my mind. Instead of deescalating the situation, he tells the manger on duty to call the police. Both Emeke and Desirae have the police escort me out without my son’s antibiotics. Walgreens will be hearing further on this matter. Horrible pharmacy, horrible customer service.

If I could give negative stars to the Walgreens on college Park I would. Doc called an antibiotic rx in at noon for a serious limb infection. I’m waiting in line at 10pm right now at the store because after waiting 20 mins on the phone, I got hung up on. If my wife loses a limb due to this infection I will sue Walgreens for millions! Why does this happen? It happens because this store does not hire and keep enough people to handle the work load … it’s the do more with less mentality. There are six cars in front of me and it’s now 10:15pm and none of them have moved. Oh wait a minute, one just left without a rx.I am changing our rx drug plan and will never use Walgreens for anything. I recommend you do the same.The delays are typical for this store. There is always a long wait but this time it’s ridiculous. I will call the corporate offices tomorrow and describe how poorly managed this location is. Perhaps they can install new management.

Pretty clean good location. I stopped during my lunch break for some medicine but no one came to the registers. There was a male employee at the makeup section but he must have not been working registers cause he walked away when he saw me up front. Left my stuff at the counter and left.

They will literally SHUT the down for being under staffed. This is a 24 hr operation mgmt. Should be on stand by regardless of what's going on. The store definitely needs renovated SERIOUSLY.

Just want to start out by saying this place sucks worse than the worlds strongest vacuum and literally couldn't be any worse. People playing games on the phone at the pharmacy, get transfered to some out sourced call center where they can only do or answer the bare minimum and then they transfer you to the main store and they put u on hold for 25 min and pick it up only when they have too (after the warning time that makes it ring again) and put you right back on hold and then hang up on you so you have to do the whole stupid process over again. People need to be able to talk to someone this is ridiculous. You don't have 1 person who can take care of business over the phone properly and you're dealing with sick people SHAME ON YOU, PICK UP YOUR PHONE AND DO YOUR JOB stop putting people back on hold after they've already heard you every single time u go to put it back on hold. The customer isn't stupid they can hear you picking it up for a split second just to put it back on hold so it stops making noise. What a JOKE. Go somewhere else if you at all have the choice and I mean that, like even if your other option is out of state,Pack up and avoid at all cost

I give only one star because I can not give less. This pharmacy is ridiculous. The meds ordered online are never ready, even getting a text message to pick them up. Hold times on the phone are 56 minutes or longer. Going into the store it looks like a bomb hit the pharmacy. Meds packed into bags are lying on the floor. Shelves are overfilled, the store is dirty and the staff is rude. Even the manager should be replaced. No actual help!!!! If I could I would transfer our prescriptions. Just this minute I had someone on the phone but she put me on hold again after an hour and 43 minutes on hold. Walgreens…. Shame on you!!!! It's only the store on College Park Drive.

Absolutely broken process. Online refill never makes it to pharmacy. Can't ever get the right manufacturer even though I've been doing this for 2 years and have the instructions in my name. Then get told to circle when the wait is clearly over two hours. No matter what you should expect to have issues every single time.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars.Please literally go to ANY other pharmacy than here. There is a reason it’s rated so low. I could’ve created the medication by the time it took for them to dispense it for me. Over 30 min for a prescription that was sent over 6 hours previously.The Worst Pharmacy in Woodlands

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. 5 hour wait for post surgery pain meds. When the doctor sent the refill, and it didn’t go through on Workman’s Comp the first time they ran it, instead of waiting and letting me cover the expense another way when I came back, they already pulled it off the shelf. The person at the counter said that she had to check to see if they would have enough to fill my prescription when I was there and had to wait for them to refill it again. Trying to call is a joke, because you’re actually talking to a call center first before you actually talk to someone at the actual pharmacy.

Waited hours for RX to be ready. I called and was told it would be another hour. When I went to pick it up, I was told they don't have what I need and that I just have spoken to someone at the call center, and the call center does not have accurate information. I had to call my doctor for an alternative and wait an additional 2 hours, for a total of 6 hours to get relief from excruciating pain because this is the only 24h pharmacy. The ONLY reason I even sent my RX here is because this is the only place that SAID they had what I was prescribed. If they said they did not have it in the first place, I would have kept looking. Then when I called back, they put my on hold and never came back to the phone. The phone hung up after 1 hour. Would never recommend this place.
