Slow and bad experience at the drive thru

I have attempted to call the branch 10 times over an hour period and nobody has answered the phone. I have a simple question that has could not be resolved through automated services, I live 40 minutes from the bank and need information in order to prepare for my visit. Extreme unhelpful to this point

This is a convenient downtown location that offers multiple options from the drive-through. During this visit, there was only one teller working all of the lanes, which slowed things down.

Worst customer service at a bank I have ever seen. These people don't give a **** about you or your business. I would not recommend a dog to do business here. Another customer cussed them on the way out as well. Far too many other branches or even other banks to give your interest to.

This is to blame corporate and corporate alone. It took 30 MINUTES to deposit cash at the drive thru. I feel bad for the workers there. They got 2 people running the whole bank. Please get a new manager they have the faintest clue on how to manage a bank.

We have been with Wells Fargo for several years and never had any problems like I do with this branch ! I understand it’s short staff, my job is short staff too but it’s the way you talk to people and customer service ! This isn’t the first time i have problems so this may seem like a small matter but i can deal with a lot but not with little girls & their attitude making faces like she is better then everyone else! I asked to get some deposit slips and “Ruby” gives me one when I asked if I could have more she says oh do you have different accounts ? Yes ma’am I have multiple accounts to deposit into . She says well you can write them in the back. I told her, no I’d like more deposit slips . She just gave me a look and I said never mind I’ll go somewhere else, her attitude and the face she made was rude. I went around to get down she knew I was mad tried to come help me at the teller counter lol nope sorry I am done dealing with you! Talked to another lady and man who gave me the deposit slips. Called talk to the branch supervisor and she says she was trying to give me options, okay I get that but it can be done a different way and it requires no nasty face made at a customer maybe she needs to learn that all the make up in the world will not mask the nasty attitude your face has!! This branch has gone down hill! It was 230 and the banker is telling the 3 people sitting in the lobby I leave at 430 and this is how long the appointment In front of you will take. Sounds like she was trying to convince them to leave, instead of explaining about appointments and offering to help them make one so they aren’t waiting so long, nope sounded like she was ready to go home and didn’t want to deal with the clients keeping her there late. Again it’s the way you talk to people. At least the staff was nice but not “Ruby” if that’s her name.

Everytime I come in no matter time of day there's only ever 1 person sometimes 2 working both the drive thru & the counter inside. Always and extremely long line & wait. Hire more pay more. People leave because they can't wait. Employees are still very friendly and helpful however they need more help.

Horrible service! Giselle , banker is by far the worst, cold, dishonest individual. I'm shocked that wellsfargo has her representing a bank I have been a customer for over ten years.

Horrible service. One teller on drive thru tending 3 lines. Inside is just as bad. Probably will be looking for a new bank since this one only cares about people that are able to come 9-5 mon-fri. Nothing else matters apparently!

Slowest bank I have ever been to. Every time I come I have to wait 30+ min even if there is only 5 ppl in line. They only have 1 window in the lobby open even at the busiest times.

When you only employee 2 tellers on a Saturday and there is a two hour line for services, you should at the very least offer public restrooms for your patrons. Guess the government fine after Wells Fargo illegally grabbed people's identity and set up accounts has made it impossible for Wells Fargo to hire the appropriate amount of tellers.

I waited in the drive thru 50 minutes her excuse was that I had 2 cars I front of me....so having 2 cars in front of me takes almost an hour long? Terrible service.

I needed to send a wire transfer to payoff a loan. The “banker” was too busy counting cash and was the only person who could do a wire. She told her teller that I needed to wait 30-40 mins to be helped. I don’t have that kind of time. They don’t care about their customers. WF needs better staffing.

I went to the drive-thru with a $40.00 cash deposit for my fiance. She's been banking there for years.They would not let me deposit her money in her account unless I was on her account. Ridiculous!Why does everything have to be difficult?Where is Customer service?The teller was very rude.The H.E.B.location is awesome and the people are so nice.....never coming back to this location again.
