I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 25 years. I have 120, 000K in savings and keep 2-3K in checking. In interest I receive one dime a month for checking and $1 a month for savings. I used the ATM to withdraw money yesterday and was pleased to see that the ATM did not charge for it yet Wells Fargo charged $3.95 for the transaction. This is not how you treat a customer of 25 years so I think I'll be closing my account and moving on.

Been coming to this branch since becoming a member in 2015. Never had such an issue with using the drive thru up until they put this older lady in one of the windows. All she does is complain & try to tell me what I should be doing. Any time I’ve had her when coming through the drive thru, she tries to make me go inside because she doesn’t want to “count so much money” which is very lazy. I’m not going to inconvenience myself by bringing in two toddlers because y’all choose to put lazy & entitled Karen’s in the drive thru window. Do better. The younger Hispanic girl with long dark hair is great!

i went in there to deposit several rolls of quarters, so i went up to the window to the only teller at a window (Reanna). i said "hi, i'd like to deposit these." not so much a greeting, but rather "what are 'these'?" so i showed her.when i gave Reanna my card, i told her that i'd like to deposit the funds into an acct that i didn't have a card for at that time, so i instead offered my main WF debit card. she looked at me like i was stupid, & explained to me exactly what i just told her i wanted to do. i said, "yes, that's what i want to do."she re-explained to me again the exact same thing that i already told her, while i tried to hand her my card the whole time. it took another teller (Thomas T, from the Magnolia branch) to come behind her & briefly explain, "go ahead & put your card into the machine there, & we can pull up your accounts." i said, "thank you for taking the time to explain that, bc she's apparently incapable of doing so."lucky for WF that Thomas was there, bc i was about to pull out all of my funds from several accounts via check (i've done it before) & go across the street to Chase & re-open an account with them (i hate Chase) bc of Reanna's horrible customer service. WF is currently offering $300 per new customer to open an acct with them, but they aren't too keen on properly training their employees about simple/standard customer service & customer retention. maybe have Reanna take some training courses, or maybe this branch should just hire Thomas instead.

I’m not too sure about all the bad reviews for this location.I see a lot of frustrated bank costumers that are not familiar with bank procedures and take it out on the branches.I just made a typical transaction with no issues, Reanna and the rest of the management were super friendly, patient, and effective. This location is well staffed, clean, and with ample space.

This slowest bank i have ever been too. Whether you ho inside or go thru the drivethru it will take an hour or more. This is ridiculous.

Stood in line only to find out they had no one there to do wire transfers. Very short staffed. Left to go to the nearest WF only to get the same sort of service there too. I’ll go to the downtown location tomorrow so I can get a wire transfer and then close my accounts!

Only one banker available inside and the line already is long, I'm not sure what is going on with this location but they need some help.

I will be closing my account with Wells Fargo after today. They need to have some customer appreciation classes. Their employees seem worn down and unwilling to help. It doesn’t get much better when you call in either. What should be a positive milestone in my life has turned into a sad experience. Going on day 3 and I can’t even use my own money since there is not a banker available for over a week. It would appear they treat their employees like their customers.

I called into their branch 9x between 9:20 AM - 9:55 AM. Enduring the voicemail maze each time trying to reach a live person. Every-time it rang and rang, ending in a message that bank employees were not available and to visit them on the web or use the Wells Fargo application. I guess I have the answer I needed. I recommend a local credit union who remembers brick and mortar is only as good as the people in it. Or.. use some random fintech app that will at least pay you more interest for the inability to reach a live, local branch.

Unbelievable! It's a Friday and there is ONE teller working the lobby customers and two other tellers working on drive up window. Waited longer than 1/2 hour TOO long to get money out of my account.

Sign on the door says they're open but the door is locked. Then I'm told by an employee the lobby is closed but the drive thru is open and that all four lines are open. Pull around to the drive thru and it was ten minutes before one car moved. Took me twenty minutes to complete a thirty second transaction.

I have been coming to this branch for 11 years, it was my first bank account and the service used to be very good. I try to avoid it at all costs since around the start of 2020 (I’ve only been twice since then) because of their employee Cristobal, the 2 times I have been there He has been the one to “help” me. Except he’s not helpful, he’s rude, he’s arrogant, he’s disrespectful and he’s obnoxious. I used to feel welcomed into this branch but ever since he started to work there, it makes me want to just switch banks entirely because maybe I’ll get better treatment elsewhere. I don’t know who is doing the training but fire both of them.
