They went above and beyond to fix my vehicle, Nick was super helpful and made sure to get my vehicle back to me at the time I needed.

The service advisor Britney is clueless to what’s going on. They ran my batteries dead when working on transmission. Tried to charge one and over did it to boil out all the acid. I would strongly not recommend them to anyone.Service: Transmission

I always appreciate how quickly they get me in and out for my car’s scheduled maintenance. The staff has always been friendly, and the waiting room is nice too.

I recently changed dealerships from North Freeway Hyundai to Wiesner Hyundai for servicing my car. Couldn't ask for a better service department. It took them one visit to notice something wrong. I had been taking my 2021 Sonata into North Freeway and never could find the problem. Thanks to Wiesner my transmission was replaced and runs smoothly.

Bought a brand new Buick. It needed warranty work right away. Wiesner rented a loaner for me. A year later, I found out Wiesner stuck me with the bill. I had to pay $178.00 before Alamo, Enterprise and National would rent me a car elsewhere. Wiesner Service Director, Al Gomez said he would look into it but never got back to me. ...and they couldn't fix the car! Call me @ 936-582-4389.

As I mentioned before, we bought a Certified Preowned 2019 Acadia Denali from them. Initially it was a no go to fix a scratch on the drivers door. Today after speaking with our Salesman Jason, "Big County" about the issue with the bad battery, after several weeks of ownership, and again bringing up the door. They agreed to fix the door. I can say Jason is a man of his word.

Been dealing with Wiesner since 2005 when I got my 1st Hyundai Santa Fe. I am on my 3rd Santa Fe. Their service department is awesome. An example of their service. This morning got in my vehicle and would not start. I figured it was the battery. I called my Service Dept contact Cindy Black. Within 15 minutes a mechanic arrived, jump started my car. I drove it to the dealership and less than 30 minutes my vehicle was ready. Now that is service you can count on. I do.

Showed up after seeing a post of Facebook and a certain Price on the vehicle... got there, the guy that had an appointment with ( Jose) wasn't there but his son was, he nice upfront and asked me if I wanted to test drive the navigator while he gets an appraisal on my vehicle... liked it, was ready to purchase literally same day, and when I asked for the numbers. He said price of the vehicle that was advertised but then he said plus $2000 for the GPS and some other silly red tag something that supposed to protect you if you get into an accident... I was like wait a minute those are additional products that I don't want to buy and I don't need because I'm paying cash and I have my full coverage insurance for a reason, his answer said and I quote: it's the nature of the business right now and the way the market is, no matter where you go they gonna charge you for something extra... I was like well I'm here and I don't want to pay for additional stuff that I don't want... he said, it's not an option it's already included and if I want to buy the car I have to pay the extra $2000 for the extra... I took my keys to my trade and left... you supposed to build value in your additional products and not shove down people throat.... I should have believed the other reviews because they warned about it but I gave this place the benefit of the doubt... DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this shady place

Old school scammy car lot. Their "no surprises" slogan is a campaign of nonsense. Without explaining my lengthy experience, I thought I'd list a few tips from what I've learned. I gave 3 stars because I never visited the location and did not purchase a vehicle. 1. You can get financing from banks like Capital One WITHOUT hurting your credit score. It does not take hours for financing terms. Capital One usually offers lower rates than dealerships, even on new cars (with the exception of 0% rates on a new car). At least get pre-approved before you head out, so you have something to compare their rate to. 2. Do NOT waste time visiting until you negotiate terms. They simply want to get you in and wear you down. I sent 27 emails about a vehicle and was told the vehicle was there. I better hurry in, right? I'm glad I was firm in negotiating online. The car was in need of repairs, had 100,000 miles more than advertised, and wasn't even available for purchase. 3. Pricing is a scam. This dealership expects you pay for their own advertising costs and this will inflate pricing. They wouldn't even tell me this cost! According to other buyers, it can be several THOUSAND DOLLARS in added fees. Could you imagine other businesses demanding this? Hey, Weisner, if you were a reputable business, your customers would simply return. Also, I found the car online. As a Realtor, I can't imagine scamming my customers with a $2,000 advertising expense at closing. 4. Reputable dealerships offer EVERYTHING online. We purchased our last 3 cars without stepping foot on the dealership lot. Most will deliver the car to you. If they can't offer that, there's a reason for it. For instance, customers want to return the vehicle after seeing the added expenses or the vehicles aren't as described when they're delivered.
