If you are buying a Hyundai check with other dealerships that doesn't tack on several hundred dollars for LoJack because they add it to every vehicle due to theft on their lot and the buyer picks up the cost. Lufkin Hyundai doesn't put the device on their vehicles and we don't have that extra cost at the dealership. We paid cash for the vehicle and kept it almost a year and can't get pro rated for the remaining 4 years. Check their add-ons before you purchase from Hyundai in Conroe. We would have saved several hundred dollars by purchasing at Hyundai in Lufkin. Do your homework first, something we didn't do.

Never had a good experience with this particular location. My car has a starting issue when it is cold. Brought it in. Was told to get my oil change and change my filters. Okay, fine. Same issue. Found a Technical Service Bulletin put out by Hyundai for my model of car and that I may be experiencing the starter M-Terminal nut may become relaxed and loosened. If this condition exists, the vehicle may experience a no crank condition in colder ambient temperatures. In most cases the starter will function normally at room temperature. Which is my problem. But they refused to listen because it isn't a part of an extended warranty or recall notice. So thanks for absolutely nothing.
Update:
Got a call back and was politely told that I'm crazy and don't know what I'm talking about and that I simply googled something. So thanks again for absolutely nothing.

Rey helped my husband and I find the perfect vehicle within our budget and specs. I hate pushy salesman and Rey is the opposite. He is an excellent listener and was willing to negotiate when it came down to that. Rey was very knowledgeable about the features on our vehicle and guided me through them before our test drive. That made me feel more comfortable and prepared when we took off. It also allowed me to test these features on the road. When we were all happy with the car and price he detailed our vehicle and helped us take some photos with our purchase! Just had a 20 palisade in for spark plugs a couple weeks ago and had to take it to another hyundai dealer and they found the front three sparks plugs loose.
