Great bank. Every time I visit I have a great experience. Some weeks ago I needed to come in because my card wasn’t working and I wasn’t aware their lobby was closed. Ana, Laura and Jamie opened the front door for me. Unblocked my card and processed my transaction. They informed me about the lobby hours in a very nice way and thanked me for banking with Woodforest. I will definitely recommend this bank.

Amazon sent my refund to an old account I had at Woodforest, which was now closed. I have been in contact with Woodforest for over two months from local branch to National office. Everything has been verified by Woodforest and Amazon the money is due to me. Woodforest has not sent me my check. Every time I call I am told it is in the mail. I would like my check next day air. Thanks.

I opened my account a few months ago. Ana explained everything and went above and beyond for me to understand every detail of my first account. Mere was sitting at the desk next to her and offered me a free debit card. They both were very helpful. Overall this location is great and have always resolved any issues I have had in this past months. I would definitely recommend my bankers to every one around me.

Personal or business, this is the best place to bank! People are there to help you! Ana Angel is by far the best go to person! Very professional and knowledgeable! She will always be the person I recommend to anyone!

Beautiful building and this location is the worst. The women are all nice but the service is sooooooo sloooooooow! Its not even safe to be sitting in a drive through atm for a long time!

Terrible customer service I had surgery and was not able to go up to the bank and so I sent my mother. I had tried calling the location multiple times to let them knowing no one answered not called me back. My mother had my information while I was on the phone and they refused to help her. Again I JUST GOT OUT OF SURGERY AND HAVE A DIFFICULT TIME STANDING! NOW I HAVE TO GO UP THERE WHEN IM SUPPOSED TO BE ON BED REST! I AM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND NEVER COMING BACK!

ATM is out and they will not let you use their facilities even though you are a customer. When you have a place of business you need to have bathroom facilities.
