I spent years as a loyal banker with Woodforest National Bank. I cancelled my account due to mail getting sent to previous addresses after I changed my address with them. I had disowned family members, friends and random people who rented the same house reading my mail. This mistake of theirs cost me hundreds because the employees did not care enough to take pride in their work. It became apparent they hire based on looks and connections. I was even offered a job here after I became well known. In this particular location I asked for money out of my savings account. I took out about $300 for a vet bill. Not once did I ask for my savings account to be closed because I intended to put more into this account with my next check. The inexperienced teenager who helped me closed my account and this stupidity made me never return to this location. Please stop hiring pretty boys with no brain activity!

Oh my goodness, this place is great, it's inside Walmart. Plus it's open Saturday and Sunday! I hope that don't close because of Big Sister being bilt so close

Three hours waisted trying to resolve something. Yall put my account in the negative for a charge that was a week early. Now my daughter and I will go without. Thanks Woodforest for the loyalty . Apparently its only one direction. Time to change banks !

Although many things can go wrong when your banking, especially online transactions, transfers, and paying bills, the customer service at Woodforest National Bank is amazing and they do a great job they listen they answer your questions and they help you with your concerns when it comes to protecting your money.

I am so pleased and happy with this bank. This branch is so helpful and glad to help. I use my debit card ALOT, but let me say the people watching out for us on charges are amazing. I had somebody make a fraudulent charge and they caught it immediately before I did and I watch constantly. My card was locked but I was gladly helped by Linda and Max at the branch inside Walmart. I have had such good customer service every time I visit this bank. Thank you to those who watch over our debit cards and thanks to y’all we ask for help and assistance. I am very pleased with my bank.

This is the only Woodforest location I'll go to. The staff is always friendly, always smiling and swift to get customers in and out. I often encounter Lynda, who has learned my face by now and greets me even if she's not my teller. These people go above and beyond to get customers what they need and on their way. I've also had multiple pleasant encounters with Daniel. He's always smiling and helpful. This location needs to teach the other locations how to act.

Woodforest bank is a joke but this branch takes the cake when it comes to being completely incompetent. Absolutely horrible customer service. The bank tellers are rude. The manager needs to take a class on how to interact with people. I already closed my personal account but now we will be closing our business account as soon as possible. Everyone in this branch should be embarrassed
