I work as a junk removal. Was there helping a customer clean out some storage. But as far as I see, they're nice and clean. 3 stars only because, im not a customer there but also because if I was in a situation where I needs a storage, I would try it out.

Enjoy the cleanliness but they have been dishonest about the rates. You can't access your unit past 9 pm...be aware of that. If you try for a smaller unit to cut costs at first I was told yes they adjust prices then when I called to do just that they said I would be paying as much for a three time smaller unit - and attitude from that person is unfriendly and careless. Is it one or the other? Be sure to read your contract- misleading workforce

I have had a storage unit at Woodlands 242 Storage for two years now. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the facility is always clean, easy in and out of premises and economical. Overall excellent experience!

Very friendly staff. And, nothing was ruined during the heavy flooding. Few storage areas/customers can say the same. We're comfortable storing there.

Its ok. The insulation in the ceiling can be moved which allows people in adjacent units to climb over the wall and take your stuff. I lost a lot money, safe, monitors. A lot of things. Go some place else with better security.

I had my trailer at the Riley Fuzzel location for 18 years under the previous owner. The Woodlands 242 Self Storage takes over and now my trailer is stolen. It was 38 years heavy duty trailer that me and my dad built. Now it is gone because the new own does not care. I call from the location for 2.5 hours but no one answer the phone even thou they were open. I drove to there main location and had sign saying closed today. They should have someone monitoring the phones. They have not cut grass at all. Weeds is some spots are as high as the hood of my truck!
