Hands down the dirtiest theater I have been to in years. The soda area is filthy, hallway doors covered in I’m not sure what, and lots of crumbs left in the seats. The ladies working the concession stand were friendly and helpful: the only shining star of this visit.

This used to be our go-to theater because it’s so close to us. However, it’s gone downhill to the point it’s just gross. The concession prices are outrageous - the popcorn is always overly salty and cold, the soda tastes weird like they haven’t cleaned the lines or the lines get mixed - the area is always sticky and filthy. The theater themselves….chairs not working properly, chairs ripped, duct tape, trash and popcorn everywhere….is it ever cleaned or properly repaired? And moths/gnats flying everywhere while you’re trying to watch the movie. What a joke. Surprised the health department hasn’t come in. Where’s management? Where’s corporate? We used to love this theater but now go to Cinemark or AMC.

We recently went to Escape Movie Theater on 1488 and noticed ants crawling on us during the movie. We didn’t realize what it was until the end when we turned on our flashlights and saw trash and old food under the seats. The bathrooms were also not very clean. Overall, it was a disappointing experience — I hope they improve the cleaning and maintenance.

Great Place to See A Great Movie. Good parking lot and you can buy pop corn, Sodas and More. Also you can find Great Sound on every Room. DOLBY.

We enjoyed a movie in 3D, but the theater chairs' upholstery was really gross and needs to be replaced.

Tighten the toilet seats so they aren't sliding all over the place, it's not safe. Keep bathrooms clean with toilet paper available. Need more than one handicap stall in each bathroom! So many stalls, only one large one - not good. I've been to this theatre 2 times. The first, movie quality was fine. The 2nd, VERY poor quality movie picture & sound!! Why pay more money to watch low quality film & have to wait for the only large bathroom stall to be available (missing the movie)?! "Normal" people can choose from like 10 bathroom stalls, choose a skinny one & leave the only big one for wheelchair users. Popcorn is good, seats comfortable. I'd rather watch a movie at home than deal with the bathroom issue & low quality pic/sound, or drive further out to a better theater.
