“Fatboy Auto Detailing did a spectacular job! I can't say enough about the professionalism, the thoroughness, and the friendliness of those who did outstanding work. They were on time and stayed until the job was done. This is superior to any detailing I have ever had on my car, and they were able to do it right here at home. The car looks brand new! I highly recommend Fatboy Auto Detailing!”

“Richard is the best, when my car was totaled by a tree; Richard came out and took a look, he fixed the entire windshield, passage window, and side mirror for only 400 more than safelight quoted me just for the front windshield. My car is actually drive able and fixed! He did a wonderful job on everything, did it in THREE DAYS!!! Absolutely a joy to work with, if I ever have anything needed on my car done, Slims is where I'll go.”

“Amazing work! I called to schedule an appointment last week and I had an emergency come up and they were so nice to reschedule me the very next week! I got to the shop around 9am and my car was done around 10:30! The work done was perfect! It looks like the damage was never there! I recommend this place for any cosmetic issues on your cars!”

“I recently had a professional ceramic coating applied to my Tesla, and the results have exceeded my expectations in every respect. The process began with a thorough hand wash to ensure the surface was properly prepared, followed by the precise application of the ceramic coating and a final buffing. The outcome is outstanding. My vehicle now possesses a depth of shine and clarity that surpasses its original factory finish, delivering an enhanced, mirror-like gloss that catches light beautifully. The paint appears deeper and more vibrant, with an extra layer of brilliance that makes the car look better than brand new. The buffing step contributed significantly to achieving this flawless, high-gloss surface without introducing any swirl marks or imperfections. This ceramic coating has not only elevated the aesthetic appeal of my Tesla but also provides the added protection and ease of maintenance I was seeking. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of workmanship and the transformative results. I would highly recommend RP3 and this service to any owner looking for professional detailing that delivers exceptional, long-lasting results.”

“They did a killer job with my car. It had smells, stains, you name it. These two completely transformed my car and I’m so happy with how it turned out. Very reasonably priced, and I now know why they have consistent 5-star reviews! Will definitely be using them again. Incredibly professional, support your local family-run businesses!!”

“I have been going to this man for several vehicles now. I always tell him to charge me what he believes he is worth because the final result of each vehicle I give him exceeds my expectations BY FAR. Thus I am 100% willing to pay if the job is good. And EVERY TIME he impresses me more and more. He just wrapped my bike, (check his Facebook page for pics) and that is by no means an easy feat. Yet this man made it look amazing. AND NOT ONLY FROM PICTURES. When I saw this bike in person, I had no words. He blew me away! Close up detail, very meticulous on hidden areas others wouldn’t pay much attention to (and yes, I’ve been to other wrappers in San Antonio). I will continue bringing JC my vehicles because I know I can count on the end product looking how it should (in every case so far, better than I expected. And yes, I am very picky!) He has wrapped my 2018 Mustang GT, did work on my 2021 F150, work on my new 2025 Sonata N Line, and just did my 2025 M1000XR motorcycle. If you’re deciding between him and somebody else, if you want QUALITY work, GO TO THIS GUY!”

“I took my 1966 Buick Special 310 4 brl to Renown for an oil pressure problem. I had the engine rebuilt by an out of state shop it ran great but had low oil pressure at hot low idle and weak hot high idle oil psi. Rupert was able to diagnose the root cause of the oil pressure problem within 4 hrs as being the cam bearings. Now mind you I had a 3-year-old rebuild so that was not what I wanted to hear. After giving them approval to R/I the engine and perform a tear down the root cause was verified as the cam bearings. Rupert moved forward spec'd the engine out and found the cylinder taper was also out of spec. Approval was given for an engine rebuild. I was still kind of shakey on the repair process but I received a pic from Drew the business manager of my car I don't remember what the photo was but there was a fender cover on my car. To me this was the point of total trust because Rupert was doing the right thing when nobody was watching. From that point on they were driving. Fast forward to job completion they answered all my questions car looks great sounds great runs great. Good communication throughout the repair process. Drew, Joseph, and Billy were outstanding to work with. I even tried to poach Rupert to come work on heavy machinery where I work. Rupert is a craftsman not a mechanic. Yes, Renown is hard to get on the phone if you cold call them. They are super busy. I left a message and got a call back. I would recommend going to their shop and talking to Drew or Joseph. Understand that they are a time and material shop they do not work flat rate. They will ballpark cost but understand its ballpark not set in stone. However, they are good stewards of your money and try to keep cost down. I would highly recommend Renown to perform your classis car repairs, I made this google account just so I could leave this review. Great people great shop”

“Brandon and his team just finished detailing our SUV and minivan, both of which were, frankly, filthy. My jaw dropped when I saw them. I've never seen either car so clean. Incredible work! And even though the job took him hours longer than he expected (because our cars were so dirty), he didn't upcharge us. I've never seen mobile detailing work of such high quality. Absolutely incredible!”

“This quite a delay review, but Justin detailed my Deep Impact Blue 2016 Mustang GT in March of 2019 and it was hands down worth every penny. He goes above and beyond with his services and following him on social media it has been great to watch this fellow veteran grow his business into what it is today. Cannot recommend him enough for anyone in the San Antonio and surrounding area looking to have their vehicle not only taken care of in regards to detailing, but protected for years to come. Honestly I’d drive from DFW to have my vehicle taken care of by Justin. Keep up the great work!!!”

“The owner is only available on Wednesdays. You have to leave your car Tuesday evening before 6pm if you cannot come in the morning coz they're pretty busy. They're very affordable (take cash only). They cleaned my car pretty good for a hand wash and dry. But not well enough. It looked and smells clean but there are still couple of spots when I went back Wednesday afternoon after work(which they clean again after pointing it out). I'm just saying, there shouldn't be any spots if it got cleaned already.. But they said it does happen.I'll recommend them for detailing cars for maintenance (quarter cleaning of minor spills and dirt), but probably not for messy job like (greasy/hot pot spill or pet had a diarrhea accident). ?”

“I've have used XPEL San Antonio for my last 3 Corvettes! Chris and his staff at the San Antonio facility are very friendly and helpful -- and they provide everyone with outstanding service. They treated me with respect and didn't try to oversell or up sell any of their services. My 2023 Corvette got a full front protection -- everything was explained to me in detail and their work was exceptional. Pricing is also very competitive. I highly recommend XPEL San Antonio to anyone who is serious about protecting and enhancing their vehicle.”

“After six years, my car’s paint was chipping badly, down to the metal and rust was about to set in. I took it to Maaco on Walzem based on their reviews, and I’m so glad I did. They gave me a great price to repaint my hood and roof, and the new paint matches the rest of the car, which is hard to do with an older vehicle. The customer service was just as impressive. Robert, my service advisor, clearly explained the process and kept me updated the entire time. I’m very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them.”

“Excellent job! One of the attendees told me I had a loose letter on the trunk of my car and that the power wash might jar it loose. However he said he would tape it and if it was jarred loose at least the tape would catch it. I agreed to his method and really appreciated his thoughtful approach. The letter stayed on and all went well. When it was turned over for the final stage of drying, cleaning wheels, etc another attendee noticed something wasn’t vacuumed properly so he returned it to make sure it all was vacuumed properly. Great service, will be using them again for a great car wash.”

“Friendly employees with great communication practices that did an insurance repair for me. I was updated daily by text on the state of the repair. It was done earlier than expected, and then they added on an additional maintenance item I requested at the last minute (separate from the insurance claim). Great service, great experience!”

“Being your elbow grease!! Machines work well for the most part but if they don't an attendant will help you! They take cards and quarters, I washed my car in about 6 minutes for $2 bucks but I hurried!”

“I like the $5 Express car Wash. they do a pretty good job of precleaning your car before sending you through the actual car wash. You can also get a free vacuum token with your purchase.”
