I brought my car in after a pretty bad scrape on the driver side door and rear quarter panel, and the team here did an amazing job. The paint match is perfect — you literally can’t tell anything ever happened. They kept me updated the whole time, finished right on schedule, and the price was fair for the quality I got.
The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and they clearly take pride in their work. My car looks better than it did before the accident. I’ll definitely come back for any future body work and recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality repairs.”
“Communicative and got me in and out the same day. The packages were explained and I only got the interior detailing. My seats looked good for a 7yr old vehicle. However, I got my interior detailed to remove an odor from my vehicle and it still smells the same. There were micro spots missed that I initially pointed out that needed attention as well. Overall, was my car clean? Yes. As advertised for the price paid? Unfortunately not.
Update 07/26/2025: I believe in second chances. They reached out to me and fully re-detailed my car as well as added an additional service to remove the odor. Much more thorough job this go around. I appreciated that they were apologetic about the initial service and were more than willing to rectify the situation and make sure everything was squared away. Still great communication from the business.”
“Jay’s Detail Studio is a place you want to go to for any kind of coating for your cars finish. We recently purchased a 2026 grand Highlander hybrid and read that the pearl finish could scratch easily. Several sites recommended a ceramic coating for this paint. We did a search of shops that did the work and found that Jay’s was listed at the top. He was very professional and personable when we met him. He showed us many options and never tried to oversell us. We went with the crystal serum ultra which came out with a fantastic Gloss and had a nine year life expectancy! His shop was immaculate and so was his work. He even applied a protective film onour bumpers side, mirrors, and windshield. We keep our cars a long time and we’re so happy we went to Jay’s detail studio two protect our finish. I recommend this place very highly and will do my other cars when I purchased them. Thank you, Jay!”

“I have been going to this man for several vehicles now. I always tell him to charge me what he believes he is worth because the final result of each vehicle I give him exceeds my expectations BY FAR. Thus I am 100% willing to pay if the job is good. And EVERY TIME he impresses me more and more. He just wrapped my bike, (check his Facebook page for pics) and that is by no means an easy feat. Yet this man made it look amazing. AND NOT ONLY FROM PICTURES. When I saw this bike in person, I had no words. He blew me away! Close up detail, very meticulous on hidden areas others wouldn’t pay much attention to (and yes, I’ve been to other wrappers in San Antonio). I will continue bringing JC my vehicles because I know I can count on the end product looking how it should (in every case so far, better than I expected. And yes, I am very picky!) He has wrapped my 2018 Mustang GT, did work on my 2021 F150, work on my new 2025 Sonata N Line, and just did my 2025 M1000XR motorcycle. If you’re deciding between him and somebody else, if you want QUALITY work, GO TO THIS GUY!”
“I live an hour away from this shop and still go as often as I can. The owner, Ben, is a fantastic communicator and the explanation and advice he gives are unmatched. All of my favorite chemicals and tools are always stocked. Recently I found out that Ben also offers training for advanced detailing services. I went into that shop with about 1/10 confidence in my paint correction and enhancement ability, but I left with a 7/10 understanding of the service. The employees and affiliates of Buff’s Detail Supply are very helpful and show a lot of care for their customers. If you’re thinking about getting into detailing, or if you’ve been detailing for 30 years, this shop will still blow you away.”

“Took in our Jeep Grand Cherokee for an exterior wash, clay bar + decontamination treatment, and a protective paint coating. The car lives outside and had built up road grime from being driven everyday in the elements for years. Upon completion, the car looked amazing and is the best it’s ever looked. Corey put in a lot of effort and went the extra mile to make the car look its best without cutting any corners.

“I took my 2008 Lexus GS350 in to have the touch screen replaced. I tried calling lots of other places, but they didn't do that work. They told me they could do it, but it took a long time - I got the car there about 10 am and I waited till about 3 pm and then it was finished. Patrick wasn't sure the part I brought would fit, because the connection looked a little different, but it fit fine and he got it done. It was a significant labor cost but was worth it. The people were friendly and my time of waiting was filled with good reading and pleasant conversation with people there. They do all kinds of auto work and they work very hard to maintain their good reputation. I was very glad I went there and I recommend it. I trust them.”

“Absolutely incredible work and customer service! I had a relatively small issue with my driver's seat where the cushioning had worn out and the leather was cracking. As a 20+ year old vehicle, replacement items are not possible to find, so it required custom rebuilding. Rene and his team refurbished the seat cushion, installed a new seat bottom cover, and revitalized the seat back for a uniform look. The craftsmanship and artistry is next level! Rene goes out of his way to understand precisely what you're wanting. Zero pressure, amazing results. Plus, his facility is like walking into a museum. Classic and exotic cars fill his bays (it's clear why discerning collectors trust him with their prized vehicles). To top it all off, their pricing is extremely reasonable, and a total bargain for the top shelf quality. Before reaching out, I was worried my job would be too small for them to even be interested in, yet Rene and his wonderful front desk staff made me feel like I was valued every step of the way. It's mind-boggling how great these guys are, and absolutely clear why they have so many 5 star reviews!”
