“Gerber was tasked with my collision repair after hitting a wild pig that ran in front of my car on a trip. There was bumper and under carriage damage and multiple fluid loss. They quickly got the work done within 2 weeks. They are a preferred shop on the USAA list and the work has a lifetime warranty. There is a local branch where I live that was happy to double check some work for me on a sensor issue. The car was repaired at another branch 8 hours away. I was grateful I didn’t have to drive that far again. I am happy with the work and the service so far. They stayed in touch during the repair and worked with me to get my car back in a timely fashion when I had a hard deadline due to another trip. I would recommend this company.”

“We went to this shop based on their web reviews and convenience for us. We were right, staff especially Sally and Alicia were very friendly and helpful. Everyday we were updated with the status of the repair and we picked up the car on promised date. Lo and behold, the car was so clean, shiny and you cant even trace the area that they worked on. Thank you Classic Colission here at Borgfeld Rd, you are all very amazing!!! Will definitely refer friends!!!]”

“Unfortunately, the review I received was for the team as a whole, and my overall experience wasn't the best. However, one individual truly stood out: Nicole. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, Nicole was incredibly helpful and made the process much easier. She kept me informed every step of the way with timely updates and clear communication. Her professionalism and attentiveness were exactly what I had hoped for throughout the repair process. While my overall experience with the repair process left room for improvement, Nicole's outstanding customer service made a significant difference, and I wanted to make sure her efforts were recognized.”

“Came to this shop last minute because of a mess another well known shop did to my truck. They were able to do more in less time with the truck than the other shop did. Although there was no resolution because I chose a different route (nothing against ACE Motors), I would come back again because they welcomed me and my issue with open arms”
