“Great professional service from the minute I made the phone call to when my vehicle was completed. They helped guide me through the process of getting some rock chips repaired and gave us suggestions on when to use insurance or pay out of pocket. We were in a timely crunch and they were very accommodating without them looking rushed. The rock chip repairs came out amazing and saved us a ton of money. I'm a mechanic by trade and have seen some poor windshield repairs done by other places but these guys do amazing work. They have replaced windshields for me in the past on my older vehicles with no issues after the replacement. Working in the automotive field I have also seen some poor workmanship from other shops that damage trim, headliners, cowling, and sometimes forget to tighten down wiper arms. They have done work in the past on some of our customers cars with great feedback. I Will continue to recommend R&R as an automotive professional knowing they will always do the job right.”
“Absolutely incredible work and customer service! I had a relatively small issue with my driver's seat where the cushioning had worn out and the leather was cracking. As a 20+ year old vehicle, replacement items are not possible to find, so it required custom rebuilding. Rene and his team refurbished the seat cushion, installed a new seat bottom cover, and revitalized the seat back for a uniform look. The craftsmanship and artistry is next level! Rene goes out of his way to understand precisely what you're wanting. Zero pressure, amazing results. Plus, his facility is like walking into a museum. Classic and exotic cars fill his bays (it's clear why discerning collectors trust him with their prized vehicles). To top it all off, their pricing is extremely reasonable, and a total bargain for the top shelf quality. Before reaching out, I was worried my job would be too small for them to even be interested in, yet Rene and his wonderful front desk staff made me feel like I was valued every step of the way. “Gerber was tasked with my collision repair after hitting a wild pig that ran in front of my car on a trip. There was bumper and under carriage damage and multiple fluid loss. They quickly got the work done within 2 weeks. They are a preferred shop on the USAA list and the work has a lifetime warranty. There is a local branch where I live that was happy to double check some work for me on a sensor issue. The car was repaired at another branch 8 hours away. Give years ago, the gentleman actually came out to our house to replace a broken windshield. He charged $175 and he quick and very polite.
I ran across the receipt that I kept. The name of the business was Wholesale Auto Glass. The name now is Discount Auto Glass. The address is the same and so is the phone number.
The seal had been broken on our truck. Since we had decided to eat at Chapman’s Fried Chicken on WW white Rd., we just drove to their location.
The gentleman told us he could do the work while we waited. It was a very hot afternoon. We waited inside and his wife offered us some water. She told us that that they had been there for 27 years!
After finishing the job, he told my husband that there would be no charge! I really wanted to pay him something but he insisted that he has just removed the old seal and resealed it.
We are very grateful for their kindness.
They both had to help me up and down the stairs into the office. They even carried my walker in and out.
