About 2 months ago I switched from T-Mobile to Cricket and have never looked back. Last week I got my wife a phone from Cricket. We are extremely satisfied with Cricket!

Just went today inside cricket to make my phone bill payment and Brian did not want to take me payment all because he had already counted the register, which is not my problem I walked in 10 minutes before they were closed . And said he was taking card only well unfortunately I only had cash and needed to pay today ! Brian Just wanted to be lazy and go home on time instead of taking care of business.

Brian was so helpful & insightful! We’re very thankful that he was able to help us out today. We had issues with the other FM-78 Cricket location but we had a much better experience here at this location. We’ll be making this our main location from now on even though it’s farther.

I went to switch carriers today but I couldn't even get it done because the person who was helping us talks to much to.customers making the wait time even longer then to top it off he wouldn't call metro to get the portal number for us to switch carriers worst experience w cricket sales rep ever just lazy talking about his cat to other customers like we don't care bout that just sale the phones

Very disappointed have been a customer for a couple of years they told me that there specials were for new customers only and that company policy says that all deals are for new customers looked at a new phone to upgrade mine new customer can have it for $70.00 I would have to pay $329.00 plus activation how is that even close to fair also the clerk was not very helpful and did not know about the phones he had to look it up on Google which i already did so when he did not tell me correctly i knew it. So the customer service is not good at all. Buyer beware

Very unpleasant and very disappointed with my visit because all they care about are new customers and they all but tell you at this store I've been a customer for a very long time they will let a new customer get a nice phone for $70.00 and charge a customer $329.00 to upgrade to the same phone they are not very knowledgeable about there phones and had to look it up on Google so buyers BEWARE

If u could give 0 stars it would be more appropriate. The two ladies working are rude not only 2 us but an older gentleman that came in. Rolling their eyes. Acted like we were a bother to their day. Wont come into this location again!

I was very pleased by my service! Crystal helped me to transfer all my data from my other currier to Cricket! I appreciate that she answered all my questions and did all she had told me on the phone two weeks before I went in to change my service! She's very knowledgeable and kind! That sure helps us seniors who don't know too much about this technology of today! Thank you Crystal!

Visited this store today around 2pm not busy walked in 2 people sitting at table on their phone, seems like they really did NOT want to be there or care to take my business or sell me ... wow really I need their job seems soooo easy...so the girl working never got off the phone even while I was trying to talk so seems like her phone was more important...wow really??? The guy could have mad me a customer but didn't seem like he wanted to reel me in ..smh even though they could not help they sure did not care to make me their new customer even after telling them I was with someone else....I had a similar experience with Spectrum one time and they could have really got me because I was there to change carriers.So sad but true this is the new norm. no customer service no going above and beyond..just sitting there collecting a check ...so guess I will apply for a job with them..what's the worst that could happen I might have to stand up and talk top someone that walks in while I am busying myself on my phone because it is so slow? Really people really????!!!!!
