I mainly go there for prescriptions and a few medical supplies. I’ve also purchased a couple of branded T-shirts with my city on it. The lead pharmacist is always pleasant and available for questions. If there was an issue (rarely), the pharmacy as quick to resolve it.

Called to request a prescription transfer from another CVS. I have been on hold for a little over 1 1/2 hours. Thank goodness I have patience but this is absolutely unacceptable. Will be reporting this location.

I placed my prescription refill using the app and was told it would be ready by 1 pm yesterday. At 5 pm I checked the text message telling me they were working on my order. I called the store and was told it wasn't ready. I explained I placed the refill request the day before and was told it would be ready at 1 so I asked why it wasn't ready. The pharmacist said she would check to see if she had any on hand. She had it and to give her an hour. I received a text stating it was ready at 6 pm. Went to the store and went inside to pick up the prescription as the drive thru had 5 cars in line. The woman that helped us gave us grief when she didn't find the prescription and that it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. The pharmacist intervened, located the prescription and presented it to us. I usually get some sort of grief when interacting with pharmacy staff.

I don’t understand what happened to this pharmacy,”. I’ve been going here for over 7 years to get my medicines filled. But ever since my Dr prescribed me a new asthma medicine, my orders have been canceled every month. I’ve brought it up many times with the employees and they claim it’s the system doing it. Was told last month to call it in from now on. I did that this month and it was still canceled. Been trying to call since 9:02 and still haven’t had my call answered, it is now 9:44. Asthma is a serious disease and I need access to my medicine!

This is regarding CVS pharmacy #6955 located at 8027 Kitty Hawk, Converse, TX I called the pharmacy as I needed a rapid Covid test as one of my co-workers texted me she has Covid and that I should get tested. I called first and was told by the pharmacist that they were out of stock in the pharmacy but she said they might have some at the front desk so she transferred my call. The clerk said they did and I said I would come by shortly to pick it up. As I was not sure if I had Covid, I made certain I wore a mask. As soon as I approached the front desk, the clerk named Kim told me that I "should not be there at all!" She looked angrily at me. I told her I was not even sure I had it but had no one to pick up a test for me. She repeated, "You should not be here". By the way, she was not wearing a mask as I was. I said I needed to test and paid her. I went back to the pharmacy and reported this to the pharmacist. She apologized and said she would tell the manager on Monday. As I was walking out, I did stop by the front desk and told Kim I had reported her. She once again told me to "leave as I should not be there. I was humiliated and hurt as there were other customers around. I called the pharmacist back and told her I was writing the their corporate headquarters. This was a blatant act of discrimination. If Kim is so concerned about catching Covid why was she not wearing a mask and why is she even working at a pharmacy!!!

The pharmacy tech named Melissa is by far the NUMBER ONE REASON me and my family will never come back here. (as long as she's employed by CVS anyway) Every time we go there she messes something up and the wait time is astronomical. My wife is pregnant and has to take progesterone injections daily. When she asked for a package of syringe's MELISSA said that "she didn't feel comfortable" selling my wife the syringes. Mind you that she was trying to purchase intra-muscular syringes and NOT intravenous syringes! Anything that you say to Melissa is met with a response of,.. uhhhhhh..... and a confused spaced out look on her face. The fact that she's allowed around people's medications when she continuously misspelled my wife's 4 letter name multiple times is mind boggling to me. I genuinely feel sorry for her supervisors because I cant imagine how much of their day is spent "cleaning up her messes" when they instead could be doing another more "meaningful and productive" task. Hate that we have to drive further to the next available CVS but I'm sure it will still take less time to drive further than to having to wait for Melissa to learn how to spell...

Walked into pharmacy i was next in line man in fornt had no mask and was couching everywhere and on credit card machine. I kindly asked the skinny woman with curly curly curly hair if she had something to sanitize the machine and she yelled at me!! "She said no what do you need" like no im sorry i cnay find something or let me look or he how may i help you. Sooo freaking rude and dirtty

I can't understand why CVS is sooo poorly managed and operated? I had several issues whiten past 1 year and if I had a choice, I defiantly will take my business elsewhere. but I have to follow the company policy that it has been directed due to our insurance coverage. This is second time that pharmacy claims that manufacturer has back ordered the Trulicity, obviously the manufacturer does not consider CVS a reputable establishment to fulfill their needs of supply. Today I visited store and I recorded the conversation with pharmacist, which claims that the doctor prescribed a wring medication????? keep in mind that this is a refill from last prescribed meds and if it was filled last time, how could that be a wrong meds????? She said that they have to fax the doctor for a new prescription. You and I know that is bunch of BULL. they never fax it in because the doctor will never see it. And that is just a excuse to get you you out of the store. In meanwhile my blood sugar has risen while the CVS and their employee could give a FUCK whether your health is in danger. While I have the proper meds, my blood sugar was controlled and now for past month that I am missing few of my meds it has risen to 250.I will sent this and the video to board of pharmacy to find out what can they do to monitor and regulate their practices.

This is by far the worst pharmacy. No one answers the phone, the staff isn’t helpful, I always have problems getting my medications. DONT USE THIS PLACE GO! SOMEWHERE ELSE! Beyond frustrating…

I went thru pharmacy for the COVID test and the lady was so rude, even hung up in my face. All I asked was if I was at the right location for the test.

Tried to pick up a RX FOUR times. Told it was too soon to fill but it was a NEW RX. Then I waited 13 days to pick up even though I wasn’t told it was ready. Then I was told it was 13 days early but they would refill it (not sure why the magic number is 13 and I never picked up the RX or how suddenly they could refill it) then I called 9:18 am verified cost and said it would be ready 2:00 pm. Showed up and was told someone else needed it so it was shelved and if I would come back in 30 minutes it would be ready but if I didn’t pick it up next day it would be put back!! Not even giving me 24 hrs. I live 1 hr away from this pharmacy and they 2x refused to transfer to a CVS closer to me. Finally Dr. Had to cancel the RX from this place by force so he could send it to a closer CVS otherwise if it wasn’t canceled it was showing it was filled and insurance would not pay for it.
