Gabi needs a lesson in customer service if she's going to be an employee there. Very rude and directed customers to use self-checkout when her register light was on and someone was already at self-checkout....then claims she didn't see them there. Additionally, she was in the middle.of my transaction and left to assist another customer with ice instead of calling for backup. I know there were other employees there because I saw them.

Just dealt with the single laziest employee that I've ever encountered in 42 years she would not even stop looking at her phone long enough to help any of the 7 customers that were waiting in line. when asked by 3 of the 7 in line if she was open she would only rudely point her finger at the self checkout machine and say nothing like why are we bothering her with here gaze never leaving her phone screen apparently doing her job is not part of her job description. Her actual job position should be unemployed

Corporate needs to shut this store down. Filthy, no sense of merchandising just thrown on the shelf and hope it sells. For a retail store just totally disgusting.

I love the $general. People pretty friendly. However their prices are NEVER right! One time it was a male Mgr and he saw it was wrong but then acted like it was a hassle to refund me since I paid with my cc. Yes it's only a 1$or 2$ here and there but I shop here atleast 2-3× a week. Well not at this one anymore unless it's convenient. #sorry and you're not the only location, that one on fm 78 they get lax too when it comes to correct pricing!

Karina, the manager, disrespected my elderly dad. She Refused to allow him to buy items because she assumed his $20 was a fake. My dad asked her to check with a marker and she said she didn't have one. He then asked her to do what is necessary for him to know that his bill is real even if it meant calling authority and Karina refused. He took out more $20 bills since he had just got them from bank and she still refused to take them. She threw his bag of food behind her counter and told him to get out. Regardless if she was having a bad day that is no way to speak to any human being and to take authority into your own hands for a problem that can be fixed and should have protocol to be resolved. I then called the store to speak with Karina and she told me my dad was lying and that she did not want to talk about it anymore. I asked her for corporate number and she said "you Google it " and she hung up. What a manager. No skills to resolve any issues or to make a customer feel welcomed. She embarrassed my parents and thought she could get away with that behavior, but no ma'am. Not today. General manager, Michelle did reach out to me after I spoke with corporate and was very sweet. Now, that is what a professional sounds like. I hope Michelle can resolve this issue quickly.

I was in there at 7:19 pm tonight. The line was backed down an aisle, another employee (presumably management due to her having the keys) went behind the counter in cutoff shorts and was clearly wearing no bra. She didn't offer to assist any customers or to help the girl working the register who was clearly overwhelmed. She complained about being tired and went back on the floor. She was unprofessional. The store was a message its usually very orderly.

This store is a waste of everyone’s time. Very dirty and disorganized. Employees are rude and very unhelpful.

Lots of nice children's coloring books, bought me a bunch for my kids. No 2022 calendars like everywhere else I already checked. This year will be henceforth known as the Great Calendar Shortage of 2021/22.
