As I entered the store I was greeted by Rachel and Yvette! They have the most beautiful smiles and greeted all customers and were very patient and knowledgeable about all products!
My day started very rocky I was headed to UPS but something said no go to FedEx and I’m so glad I did! It’s the smallest gestures like these both of these ladies deserve a raise. They represent the companies so well that I watch how they treat all Customers!
This is who you need to represent your company and be in the forefront thank you ladies God bless in Jesus' mighty name, name above all name! Amen

Very poor communicating skills with employee been there 7 months and still doesn't know how to do her job and hangs up on you when confronted with issue of package being sent out.

I ordered a poster online. I showed up at the time it said it would be ready and it wasnt. I got an email saying it was ready later that day. I called and asked if I could pick it up sunday because thats my only off day and she said yes. THEY ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS.

Went to overnight packag..took three days to deliver, fedex employees did not inform me that if it takes longer than overnight due to weather they get to keep my overnight fee. If I paid for overnight and they fail to ship it overnight then I should only be charged basic fee. In essence they will steal your money for there corporate fat wallets.

I have sent several shipments from this location. Just sent 2 last week. Way better experience than using USPS. But I do know how to package things for shipping, so I don't have any damages on my destination deliveries.
