Yall really need to train your employees to be knowledgeable in their product. Just called, asked the price of a USED Xbox S series, the white one. I was told 540, I then made sure that we were talking about the S... because literally no one sales them that price even new.... anyways, she said in a snarky laughing manner, I have an Xbox, I know which one you're talking about...
Well, homegirl, clearly, you don't know what I'm talking about..... anyways second store where the cashiers are clueless in their products.
Edit: the Gamestop website is showing lower than 540.

So I called to ask about my application there and the manager got mad when I asked if I could leave my call back information,don’t go to them they’ll take your money and lie,very poor effort and bad customer service,do not go to them at all !!! LLLLLL

The customer service at this location isn't the best. They will let you stand around for a while before asking if you need help.

Definitely recommend this Gamestop to anybody. I love how the employees show genuine interest and knowledge in the product you are looking for. Always willing to go above and beyond. Especially Madalyn she knows her stuff! She knows what I need before I even question. She awesome ?.

Went there this weekend and even tho there were people inside the girl at the counter tell me I'm about to close after this costumer her excuse was that some one recently quit but how is it that the people in front of me got service and I got refused service is it have anything to do with my ethnicity the time I got there was not even near closing time

I bought a PS5 controller 12/22/23, with very minimal use the controller don't work now. How the hell do u sell 70 dollar controller and then tell me IF I woulD OF BEEN A PRO MEMBER the return is 30 days. Excuse me, that is crazy AF, when Walmart target all let u return , I didn't know this and will never spend another cent at GameStop and will do everything I can to stop business there. They are blatantly stealing from the public. What a horrible company and Corp. Please buy else where , GameStop is a fraud and scam.

Came by on a Saturday (12/16/23) at 10:30am to buy a specific game and store is closed up even though sign out front says they open at 10. Waited for about 15 minites to see if anyone showed. Odd for Christmas time on a weekend and not good customer service.

I got 3 new PS5's 2 years ago. Now one is not acting right and Gamestop talked me into getting a 2 year warranty to replace my PS5 for a New PS5 if something went wrong and they don't want to honor it. They want to give me a used PS5. I don't want someone else problems. And how u not going to honor what u sold me.
