I tried to work at this car wash and, let me tell you, the standards here are embarrassingly low. It's no surprise, though, because clearly, that's the way they like it. They seem to be okay with subpar work and it shows in every corner of this place. If you’re looking for a place that takes pride in its work, this sure as HELL isn’t it.
They have no idea what quality service looks like, and it’s clear they don't GIVE TWO SCRUBS to improve anytime soon.
Save yourself the time and frustration (...unless you looking for a fresh new conflict to kick start your day!!!👍)—look somewhere else!"
1. Multiple vacuums are out of service (and no I don't mean "just reconnecting the nozzle to the hose".
..or is this why the vacuums are "free?"
2. Several Vacuum hoses (or pieces) are randomly laying all over the ground. Ive counted 2 consecutive weeks that THE SAME TWO mangled up hoses have been hanging in that same space..... SMMFH* WHY?!!!!
3. Obvious huge pieces of garbage blowing across the lot THAT I KNOW ONE OF YOU EMPLOYEES CAN PLAINLY SEE....and I know my vision is bat status but, damn.
God bless the visually impaired.
4. CAN I PLEASE GET A FRESH TOWEL ?
(....and can someone do a towel/trash run.)
5. Regularly I have to scavenge for an employee.
My hard earned reward should be pleasantly competent customer service.
Sheesh and I'm not even a member.
On a good note...

Horrible i just got my first car wash here today and got the membership once , it was finished i went outside to look at the job it did i NOTICED SEVERAL scratches on my brand new truck i just got 2 weeks ago
And i couldn’t even get a refund or no help at all smh ILL NEVER GO BACK !

The line backup very long, I honked cause they were Just talking and taking too long holding up the line, one of the workers came up to me instead of asking if there was a problem. And said there's no honking there. Canceling my membership since there is so many other drive thru in Converse.

I drove up to the far right lane at 2:50, on Sat 10-19-24 to ask about pricing and there were 2 young girls there. So after giving me the price I said, "Sorry, I'm on a budget." As I started backing up the shorter girl said "Damn, are you really that broke?!" That was extremely rude and unprofessional!!! And that guaranteed I will NEVER go there again!

DO NOT GO! Horrible customer service.
Their machine broke my side mirror, they reviewed the cameras, admitted it was their fault, but said that they weren’t going to do anything about it because of some arbitrary rule that my car was over 8 years old so they wouldn’t replace my side mirror.
Unreal. Unprofessional.

There is never no towels to dry the vehicle or cleaner to wash dashes and inside windows. Why ???

This carwash is convenient for the price!
However the young staff are TRASH! They are rude and lazy. One girl sits on her phone while at the pay station and doesn't offer assist or even greet you. They are basically getting paid to do absolutely nothing.

They don’t spray your car beforehand and it barely sprayed any soap. For $5 sure but not close to 10

One of their cleaning thing that rotate don't work so only one side of the car gets cleaned. The top of the vehicle didn't even get washed. This place sucks. Waste of $20, don't go here!
