Took my car in for a tune up and 3 months and 2 days shy I get a check engine light on took it to Oreillys to see why the engine light was on and it was P0302 misfire from cyclinder 2 and took it back to Goodyear and they REPLACED it coil and spark plug. And long behold check engine light on again for the same code literally the next day so back again I go and was told OH it’s your alternator that’s bad and is giving the misfire code so I have them replace the alternator. 45 minutes after picking my car up the battery light and check engine light is on WTH I said I drive back to be told that the alternator was bad and I was like what do you mean? You just sold me this alternator and placed it on the car. They advise you have to leave the car Overnight so I did I get the car back car runs for about 2 1/2 weeks same code P0302 and battery light is on. I have them to check it again. And they tell Me they’re stuck they don’t know what to do with my car So I have my car towed because the manager Jason Gonzalez advised that I need to have a sense of the Dealer for further evaluation. I asked if it shows that it’s an error on your end. Are you going to cover It and he said yes so here we are today found out that it was an error On Goodyear’s end, they only changed out the top of the coil and not the boot That had a pen size hole in it. They also cut the cord on the alternator. And replaced it with the cord that had a butt on it that caused the voltage to blow my battery I go today to give them the invoice from the Dodge Dealership And was told all he could give me a refund for the tuneup advised him no that’s not what You advise me of, so I took the amount that I did pay for the tune And I told him I will take him to court on the remaining for me, sending my vehicle to someone else to fix what I already Paid for through them. I called Corporate spoke to another rude representative by the name of Garry Gentry who informs me as well he’d refund me back $492 which is the amount of the Alternator I declined it because I told him Jason advised he would cover my invoice For sending it to the dealer and now no one wants to cover that full ticket. I guess because I’m a woman they felt like they could just over Talk me and not listen, so I’ll have a judge listen and also see that this is stressing me out Have enough to deal with my health then to pay out money I don’t have To fix my car for the second time. All this just took place just October 24 Up until today, November 27, 2023. My first encounter was The tuneup that took place on June 30, 2023 and then I was back October 24 For issues with the tuneup misfire.? So I uploaded the coil you can clearly see the top of it is new and the bottom is the old one. I thought coil come as one whole piece But they only replaced just the top then they cut the plug to my alternator and replaced it with two connectors with butts attached to them which the connectors was too big and wasn’t making enough contact. It sparked and blew the voltage in my battery so all the pieces I have just uploaded.

Update - Goodyear replaced all 4 tires under the Road Hazard after reaching out to me. I am impressed with their customer service!I've used these guys three times now with two different vehicles and they seem consistent with not checking tire pressure and leaving caps off tires. As soon as I get home I have to inflate the tires. This last time on 11/04/23, they replaced 3 defective Goodyear Assurance - top of the line tires rated at 90,000 miles. These only had 35,000 miles so now I've got 3 new tires and one with 35,000 miles and I had to pay for the road hazard again! It would seem if you buy insurance, the insurance would pay for insurance and not have to pay for it again because you had to use it! These tires were defective and had bubbles pushing out on the sidewalls!!

I started going to this shop summer of 2019. They were pretty good initially, but the past few times I’ve been in sucked. Went in for an oil change and asked my rear window wiper be replaced; both front wipers were new. Got the car back with the same torn wiper blade on the rear and was charged for 2 front wipers. Not happy about that.Most recently I have been in 3 different times with an air leak on one of my tires. 3 times I was told it was fixed. The service or lack of took about 1 hour each time. That’s 3 hours of my life I will not get back and my tire is still leaking air. Attention to detail guys!I’ll be looking for another shop. I’m done here.

Scam alert...They have a coupon online which clearly states price $21.95 for an oil change conventional or semi synthetic. When I got there they said it would be $54 because the deal is only for conventional oil...Seriously!!!I can't believe businesses still try this tactic, but then again it's how they actually get people. If you think about it, you made an appointment and then you're there so alot of people just have it done. Think about this, what else are they doing are not doing?

Have been here a few times over the years for different issues, service advisors have always been helpful and friendly and I have been in and out in a short amount time even when I did not have an appointment, will keep coming here in the future when needed.

I took my sister's 1997 Toyota Camry in to repair front suspension and power steering. When we got the car back, the alignment was worse than before and they charged for parts and labor to replace both lower control arms and ball joints. The left side was not replaced at all, but they still charged for the parts and service that was not completed. The manager is conveniently on vacation, so they cannot reimburse me for the work not completed. They offered to finish fixing the car at no charge, but I no longer trust them to do the work correctly. I also asked them to find and repair the oil leak and they said that there are no oil leaks, but it leaves an oil puddle everywhere it goes and they still insist that it doesn't leak. I have been a loyal customer at this location for several years, but I will not go back to this location.

Light ? came on my dashboard - was on hwy doing 55 ? instead of hone - drive straight there... was welcomed as entering, checked light * was low tire (s) I was In/Out in less than TWELVE minutes ? ** NO charge ✨ peace of mine ✨Highly recommend if you're also a single-woman! GREAT staff ? reasonable prices!!!

I have brought my car here for years to get air put in my tires and yes I have gotten tires here as well but NEVER again. Usually I pull up to the bay doors and someone usually asks what I needed. I tell them air in my tires and they proceed to take care of me. The last two visits over the last week not one person even acknowledged I was sitting there. The first time I only saw one gentleman and he appeared to be very busy however he could have acknowledged me and if he couldn't service me at that time I would have understood. Today the same thing happen. This time a different man was in earshot of my vehicle. I said EXCUSE ME SIR and he acted as if he didn't hear me. The men could have acknowledged me even if it was to tell me to move my damn car. This place used to be my favorite Good Year but no longer.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They broke my elderly mother's car and forced her to walk home in the heat. Her car was working fine and needed maintenance and came out unable to start. They rolled her car out and told her they had no idea what happened. Unbelievable and sad that they take advantage of elderly people, and a retired veteran at that! Worst part is they made her pay for breaking her car out they wouldn't give it back.

We received outstanding customer service at your Topperwein store! Jason, the manager was very kind and helpful! We had our car parked for over a month, then got concerned about fluid levels. We were there right after opening Monday morning. Jason immediately assigned someone to give our vehicle a quick check, we were low on 3 different things they quickly took care of for us! They also pointed out our break shoes were flat and would need to keep that in mind. No hard sell! We scheduled an appointment for the very next day! We really appreciate your assistance!
