Lack of communication and not understanding how to properly diagnose, electrical issues and vehicle which causing more damage.
A company that is licensed and certified to work on all cars should always have a master tech to over see all or any issues with a car properly before installing any parts that may cause more issues on vehicles.

Avoid this place at ALL COSTS. My buddy took his car here, they charged him $700 and replaced the wrong module connector, which ended up shorting it out.
Worst part is the shop didn't wanna honor their mistake. My buddy had to fix it himself, not the shop.
If your looking for a trustworthy mechanic with integrity, this is not the place. Being a regular customer here I was shocked, and definitely will not come back anymore.
REPLY TO BELOW RESPONSE 10/21/2024:
He says verbatim, you told him you could not warranty.The fuel pump controller module that you installed because his low pressure fuel pump that is not actually connected to that module was not stock
This, however, had nothing to do with the actual condition of the car.The Initial failure was not caused by an aftermarket.Low pressure pump the failure to the module was caused by a short-circuiting connector that you failed to see.He even says he has messages where he had asked you to inspect the connector for a voltage and proper signal.You assured him you did this
You charged him $700 for that and said you couldn't warranty the work because the low pressure pump wasn't stock.That has nothing to do with the connection that failed.That was plugged into the module.
Unfortunately since they do not wanna honor their mistake and fix it, he will be taking them to small claims court. I urge anyone thinking to take their vehicle here, GO SOMWHERE ELSE!

Motor Tec was recommended to me from Randolph AFB. My wife's BMW needed a specialty shop to get the timing chain and its other power issues taken care of. Very professional, friendly staff, knowledgeable to answer all my questions.

Brought car in. Had epiphany while they had vehicle. So wanted to try sensor fix I thought of. Called over and found they hadn't had a lot of time to do alot to my car so I figured picking it up to try my sensor fix was all good. Well it was taken apparently as me terminating business accidentally. Its all been cleared up though.Took vehicle to third party and they tried to scam $5800 out of me. Ultimately my sensor $60 was the fix for my initial ac failure. So I'm happy and I take it back to motortec to service the freon. Welp it's blowing cold cause I fixed it but due to compressor surge or maybe old brittle aluminum the shrader kept blowing at the condenser. They replaced it 1x for free 1x at cost and then it failed so I got a new condenser they installed it for 230.00So all in all .5 out 5. Even though it wasn't nice at 1st they were and are honest/fair.

Super friendly!! However, friendly didn’t fix my car. They offer 2 diagnostic tests, and because I needed to know what all was wrong with my car, I got the one that includes the electrical test. It was determined that my car was overheating because I had a radiator leak. So I needed a new radiator. Also, I had a gasket leak around the engine, and my passenger side headlight wasn’t working. Ended up getting a new radiator, and unfortunately that didn’t help. Honestly, they were probably just busy that day because when I got home, I realized that they forgot to put my engine cover back on. I Went to install the new bulb in my headlight and realized that IT WAS JUST UNPLUGGED… probably from the test. Now $1700 later, I still have an overheating car. I dont think they do dishonest business, because they called and checked on me when most mechanics don’t care enough to do that. But nice or not, for $1700, my problem should have been solved.

Everyone here is so helpful and honest they always do amazing work and it is such a relief to know exactly where to go if i ever have any issues at all with my vehicle. Always an amazing experience every time i visit

Ross and his team are the most honest people that I’ve dealt with in a long time with the automotive industry. They have never ripped me off or tried to include any unnecessary repairs. If I can’t fix it myself, motor tech is the first place that I’ll take it to.

Pamela and Ross made it comfortable to be waiting for service on my vehicle. Friendly, talkative...I felt as if I'd been a long-time friend and customer. I had gone in for an inspection and decided on getting an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic was a friendly guy as well. It was nice to feel like you have known them all your life. I appreciate your honesty and being so friendly. Thanks, for being so welcoming. I'll return when I need another inspection.

My daughter 's van transmission went out completely. Had to buy a new one or get the old one rebuilt. At least they gave me the choice. Amco did not. The car was ready with in a day, that is what they said they could deliver and they did. Very friendly staff. From the front office to the mechanics .
