The salon was clean and they were quick to get me in. I asked for a pedicure with acrylic on my big toes. And my toes to be red. The young lady doing toes painted my toes silver after I asked multiple times for them to be red and showed her the color on the color wheel she handed me. She didn't do the acrylic. And by the end of my service I was so frustrated with the poor communication I just paid and left. The work she did do was nice but it is not what I asked for at all.

Totally agree they make up prices as they go tell you one thing when you check out they tell you a higher price. Service not bad for the price.

Poor Service, the nail tech, spoke to the male tech in their language about me , then he addressed me saying we can not , remove the acyrelic off your toes without using the drill. I said I didn't want them using a drill on my toe nails and he proceeded saying they can't do my toe nails because it would take too long soaking them and using an emery board. I told them they just lost a customer and I won't be back . Poor management.

It wasn’t really “bad” but it could’ve been better for sure. The nail artists weren’t too friendly and the cleanliness was not good at all. There were old nail clippings and dust a lot. My nails came out fine but there was nail polish on my skin an air bubble or two. Prices were pretty high in comparison to quality. I would have been completely happy paying what I did if a better experience was provided.Services: Polish removal

I’ve been coming here 19 years and it has been awhile, so I came in today and It took 2hrs and $60 for this SMH they are dented, bumpy,uneven. I just want my money back, forget fixing them. Update!*** my nails were fixed and look ? very happy with them now ?❤️?❤️ ?

Good experience. Everyone is kind and professional. Place needs a good cleaning and organizing though. Junky counters and dusty, dirty work stations. The service is good but a cleaner, disinfected place should be a priority.

I went and I signed in only to be put in back of a white person.. I was so upset but I needed my nails to be done for a future trip, if you are blk, they will make you wait and pander to white people. I hate that I gave them my money with a 20$ dollar tip.. to show them.. not only white people can tip well… I won’t ever go back.Also the prices are made up, and they just throw random numbers out there. Paid $40.00 just to get a layer of protection for my nails (acrylic) nothing else.. If you are blk, please don’t go to this facility …even though I was already signed in… when a white lady came (a walk in) they took her over me… and didn’t say anything until I walked away…stay away…Services: Gel manicure

Truly, the girl who assists me is tremendous at doing Solar Nails....
In all the time I have been here at Ssn Antonio is the second Asian person who does very Natural nails. Excellent Job!!!
