  I booked a unit online, expecting access right away since they advertise 24/7 booking. When I arrived, the unit was locked, and I couldn’t get in. I called their “emergency” number only to be greeted with an extremely rude response: “It’s Sunday and I’m off”—said in the most dismissive tone imaginable. When I explained the situation, the person snapped back that if you book online, they “wouldn’t know until the next day.”
  
  If that’s the case, then why not clearly state it on the reservation form? A simple note saying “units stay locked outside of business hours, access won’t be available until the next day” would save customers a lot of stress and wasted time. Instead, I got treated like I was the inconvenience.
  
  This was hands-down some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will NOT be keeping this unit, and I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere!

  We have kept three storage units there and have had no problem with access or theft. Richard in the office is very helpful and they also sell moving supplies.

  I would recommend this place over any other place. The customer service is astounding👌🏾‼️ The rates are more than reasonable and Richard Allen is so nice, and was very flexible and available. I will definitely spread the word to others that are looking for a clean, and well put together establishment.

  The rental process was very simple and took about fifteen minutes to complete. Richard was very professional and detailed. He explained the importance of how take care of the unit, as far as maintenance is concerned.

  Once again, I continue to be very pleased with the staff and managers who work at Rocket Self Storage on FM 78 in Converse, Texas. I had already been helped by Richard, Tim, and Wade since I started renting space there. They have ALWAYS done an "OUTSTANDING" job on behalf of their customers. Then, I had the pleasure of meeting Irene on "GOOD FRIDAY," and what a good Friday it was.
  
  I went in on Friday due to some technical difficulties I was having trying to pay my bill online. Irene was able to assist me; her friendliness is the definition of, "SERVICE WITH A SMILE," which made me enjoy the day that much more. Thank you for all of your help on March 29th, Irene. Please know that it was GREATLY appreciated.
  
  Also, the facility is being maintained very well. When I pulled up and parked, I noticed how "picture perfect" the grass was looking. I've long wished to have grass look like that at all of the places where I've lived over the years, in Texas and in the other States (and there's been more than a few) all across the Country. I applaud all of you on a job well done. ??

  I rented a small storage storage unit from Rocket almost a year ago and was impressed by the facility and the front office staff. Tim, Richard, and Wade were so welcoming and professional during my first visit, and they went above and beyond to set up my customer account quickly as I was on my lunch break. I visited the storage unit less than a handful of times since then, and today, I stopped by to vacate my unit as I now have garage space at home for my boxes. When I drove through the premises, parked and lifted the door of my unit, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it looked exactly the same as it did the day they moved me in. Everything was just as I left it, and the storage unit and entire property was clean and well kept and looks quite modern despite having been here for many years. When I got to the front office, Tim greeted me warmly, and we had the best conversation during my visit. I’ll be sure to recommend Rocket Self Storage to anyone in need of a safe, secure space to store their valuables. The management team here exceeds the standard! ~~Happy Customer
