I send pictures of the parts with vin and part number somehow they send wrong part wrong part number part doesn’t go with the vin. Simple as a long or short stroke brake chamber they can’t even get that right. Going to go bankrupt dealing with these people.

The parts department needs to hire more people or train there employees a little more it took me over an hour to get attended and that’s only because there was 2 people ahead of me

Condensing & reposting, as for some odd reason, my review is not appearing..My husband got sent here on Thursday, March 23rd, b/c half the digital gauges weren't showing up on his recently acquired 2022 Peterbilt.Long story short, they proceed to give him a runaround involving factory recalls, warranty approvals, orders accidentally being cancelled, parts being brought from other stores, & busy techs for the next two weeks.On Friday, April 7th, he got reassigned to a 2020 Piterbilt that they had just finished servicing & released, despite a damaged fender (thankfully we took photos) & sounding awful.So it comes as no surprise that less than a month later, after almost killing my husband in the mountains, it had to go back to a shop for severe engine, brake, & electrical issues.Avoid!!Additional Update: We were informed today Monday, May 8th- over 6 weeks later- that the 2022 Peterbilt is still there waiting on parts. SMH.

Angel in parts is the man! I had a truck down at another Rush dealer in Texas that didn't have the mirror in stock. They wouldn't promise or try to assure me they could get the part so I called the San Antonio store myself which had the part in stock. I spoke with Angel in parts and asked him if he could overnight it to the other Rush dealer. He said sure, no problem and sent the part that afternoon. It arrived and I was able to get my truck up the next morning. He kept my driver from being stranded1200 miles from home.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is the worst Rush location I have experienced in all 48 states.Their parts are even more overpriced than other Rush locations and they don't care what you think.A part I was trying to buy at this location was $1,000 dollars more.Their excuse was that it was being imported from Canada and that was a lie. I know because I called the manufacturer and they told me it was a lie!Even their service to fix your truck they currently tell you it's 3 days before they look at your truck and you have to leave it there to hold your place in line.And for them to try and fix it It'll be a week after diagnostic.If you're a company owner consider putting your own diesel mechanic shop. You'll get all the business this Rush in San Antonio blows off

Their footprint has expanded so pay attention to the signage at the front gates to ensure you go into the correct department. Service/parts department is always great to visit. Keep it in between the lines and pay your drivers!!!

(Edited) after talking to manager they got on my truck on a timely manner. Just need better communication with customers
