I've had both of my kids in CKA from babies to Pre-K and we haver been very impressed with the attention & the education they have been able to provide for our little ones.
They are READING before Kindergarten & my son is 1 of 4 in his kinder class that was accepted into the GT Program. We attribute much to his success from the CKA curriculum and the wonderful teachers there.
This family run academy is so personal and caring. I really love their year around actives that go above and beyond other care centers. Visits from the Fire department, Helicopter tour, Halloween & Christmas parties & Parents-Night-Out! This place is so fun!”
“I cannot say enough good things about this daycare. Since day 1 they have treated us like family and provided an amazing level of customer service. I was extremely nervous to leave my 4 month old first born child but Ms Tina and team reassured me and even texted me pictures on his first day to let me know he was doing great.
My son absolutely loves his teachers and lights up in the morning when he sees them.
I like the small classroom setting and the attention they give to the babies. They know your baby and will constantly keep in touch over the app.
I have messaged after business hours and still get replies immediately. I'm so relieved we chose this daycare and am so grateful to the team for loving our babe.”
“My son has been attending this school since he was 18 months old, and we have had a wonderful experience. He loves his teachers and genuinely enjoys going to school at the Bulverde Road location.
The facility is always clean, and the staff are attentive, caring, and professional. He was in early head-start and was a closed off individual for a while but once I switched him to KinderCare, his REAL personality came out.
Potty training has also been a piece of cake because they actually help out with making sure he stays on track with his schedule.
So amazed with the progress he has made.

“My daughter been going here for a year or so now.
My daughter wear hearing aids and the staff and teacher are really good to her and good at making sure she has her hearing aids on.
I love that when she first started wearing her hearing aids that the director and teacher were so excited for her to have them so that she can learn all the words that she needs to learn.
My daughter is learning so much. Everyone she come home she say words that are new.

“Our girls started here at Northwood Presbyterian School in August and we are so glad we made the decision to transition here! All of the teachers are incredibly friendly and professional, and this school provides so much more than just child care. I am so impressed with how much growth and development I have seen in our children. It is so refreshing to be warmly greeted by the directors Ms. Rebecca and Ms. Linda, as well as their fantastic support staff each morning. I love how much extra effort is put into ensuring our girls have the best education and fun here at Northwood. Ms. Safira teaches my 3.5 year old and she is so sweet and extra caring to my daughter, and does a wonderful job teaching. Ms. Marissa and Ms. Sandra teaches my 2 year old and I can't think of anyone better to teach and care for my wild toddler. They both are so friendly and calm for having the great task of caring for a room of littles with lots of energy. I am amazed at how well they can keep the classroom fun but structured at the same time. I can not say enough how happy our family is now that we are a part of the Northwood Presbyterian School family.”

“This location is fantastic! As a mom in the military, my daughter is living with her father, who chose this facility. The reassurance the Director & teachers gave me has put my mind at ease, as I am not physically present. A huge thank you to Ms. Mika, whom my daughter loves & now I do too! Ms. Heather & Ms. Natasha for always answering any questions or concerns. I thank them for what they have done for my baby & for me! I would recommend this location to anyone moving to SATX!”

“The positive atmosphere & welcoming staff make this location so much easier to drop off my son. He is always greeted by his name when he walks in, the front office staff make sure to send him home with stickers or a lollipop every day. He looks forward to the next day & is never scared to go to school. The dedicated teachers are attentive & show all the kiddos love. I especially love when my son comes home with some artwork that he completed at school so I can take it home & decorate the fridge”
“I am writing this review in response to “Celeste” and “Fawn” reviews. My son has been at this daycare since he was a baby and he is now 5years old. He has been to all the classrooms and each one is always full of toys. Ms. Beatrice is the best cook ever and the kids have plenty to eat, including seconds if they choose. So I don’t know why these people would write a review that is dishonest. We love it here!”

“The absolute BEST daycare experience I could have asked for. My daughter went there for about 3 years, and EVERYONE at Kidus truly helped her blossom. She has learned so much, and was completely prepared for kindergarten. I love that they have activities, meal time, and field trips! Such a fun and safe environment for any kiddo. My son still goes here and I couldn’t be more confident in dropping him off, knowing that he’s getting the care, knowledge, and comfort that he needs !”
“The staff is great. This is a family centered facility. They treat the children as if they are own. Children and parents/Guardians are acknowledged by name every time they enter an exit the facility. I highly recommend the facility. I love that you can log on seeing daily photos and updates. They focus on fun and education. Kids love it.”

“Words can not be spoken, I am speechless the teachers here are literally so caring, loving and knowledgeable and compassionate they treat my baby as their own. After switching to this daycare I am know aware of what daycares should consist of for our family and just in general every daycare is different but this daycare learning center is top knotch!!
The infant room teachers Miss.C is amazing, Miss.Claudia beyond a blessing. The other people I've just seen by coming in friendly, my daughters other teacher I have not met yet only from afar so kind.
They have a curriculum even with the infants,
They're outgoing like family but still very professional. My daughter would scream at her other daycare for hours id have to pick her up.
I'm not just talking about when dropping your baby off, I mean she would scream often.
Here she cried when I left I came back she was calm quiet and comfortable even on her first day.
I am very thankful, excited to have my little grow up here!
This place is simply incredible ❤️

“We have been using tiny tots for 20 years now. My children went when they were little from the ages of 6 months to 7 and 8 years old. They are now grown and we open our home to foster/adopt. We currently use tiny tots for their awesome pre-k program. Our kids LOVE going to school here. The staff is very friendly and nurturing to our kids. They are loving, fair, and patient with our kids. They definitely go above and beyond to make learning fun and enjoyable for them. This is most definitely the best daycare!!”
“Our three kids have attended RCBA for 5 years, and I cannot express how happy we are with this school. The quality of education is outstanding. My children all receive individualized instruction as well as character and biblical education. God is truly the center of RCBA, and this school will always feel like family. I cannot recommend RCBA more highly.”

“My daughter has attended Windcrest from 2021-2024, and we have been so thankful for this school. The teachers and director are amazing at caring for the kids and helping them learn. All of the activities are fun and developmentally appropriate. As my daughter moves on to public school this fall, our whole family will miss the staff and the environment at Windcrest. “Ive had my son enrolled at The little engine learning center for a few years now. At first It was for full-time care, And now it is for drop in care only since he started pre k recently. On the days hes not at the daycare he talks about missing the daycare. All the staff have been kind and patient with my child and I. The director Mrs. Tawnya and her family are very involved at the center and within the community. They really treat us like family and we love the LELC!”

“We sent both of our kids here and LOVED it! The school provides a lot of extra educational opportunities at no cost- including water safety classes and trips to local places like the Botanical Gardens. Staff were always incredibly accommodating and great at communication. There is a local police officer on staff to make sure that the campus is safe and the facility is extremely secure. We were so sad to age out of the program, but would recommend it to any local families that want a great pre-K education.”

“I started taking my kids to this center and although there seems to be a lot of new staff it seems like these changes are improving compared to the staff that was there before! The kids love their teachers and my son really loves Ms. Ayrieal she is super attentive to his needs and they do a lot with her in class! I would definitely recommend this center to all families. the staff there is so kind and always welcoming! feels like home!”
