I have been charged 3 times for less than a month for use and never agreed to have my credit card saved . There is no physical workers at any location and the wait time to speak to any one is over 30 minutes. Currently on hold while I write this review.
***Update it’s been an hour and I’m still on hold.
There are so many other storage options, do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

My belongings were stolen from this storage facility. It’s says that this facility is monitored at all times which is false. This facility says that there is someone that’s in the office daily which is false. I am not the only unit that was broken into. While I was making my police report another tenant came that his unit was broken into. We tried to get a hold of the manager that is supposed to be on site but no luck. I and the police officer tried no luck. I made a claim for my belongings which is more then the 1500$ that they say they pay up to. I paid my unit every month on time just for this business to tell me that my belongings were never safe. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORAGE AGAIN. All I can say is be carful with this place.!!

Rented a 10 x 15 unit, and they assigned me a 5 x 5 unit. There is nobody on site. Even though I called during their business hours, they claim nobody's available and I have to wait until Monday. Their AI Chatbot is completely incompetent and not helpful at all. And the code for the unit they gave me doesn't work, so I have no access to anything at all.

It takes too long for your agents to answer the phone. I waited over 30 on hold for an agent.
