Unbelievably bad experience. I was burned multiple times with the hot massage stones by a careless nail tech whom laughed whilst I was being burned. And the icing on the cake? I'd brought in my own polish a custom blend that is no longer available for purchase and I'd never used it before. At the end of the pedicure I was informed this that a different nail tech had broken my bottle of polish. I had planned other services but did not feel safe having them done there any longer. I wish I could say that these were isolated incidents but I had been to this shop once before in which the cuticles on my hands were carelessly and most painfully butchered. I will never patronize this shop again smh!

I walked in and sat for over 30mins with no one telling me how long wait was. Place looked dirty and no prices posted. They did offer me water after 10mins of waiting. I left after 20mins of waiting and went across the street to Converse Nails. I walked right in and was greeted with a smile and taken to a chair immediately. Although they were pricey, I appreciated their service and quality.

Had the deluxe pedicure and basic mani--very happy with both. Mike was attentive and gave me a diet coke. He did a thorough job. Plenty of color options, parking and a reasonable price. They provide free wifi and were open at 10 am on a Sunday which is why I came. Clean and will definitely return.Love that they put my shoes in a plastic bag.

Lately, I noticed that their products are not what they used to be. I know their prices are good, but products do not last, polish chips, nails crack etc... Anna and Sandy talk about customers and ridicule the short older woman. I don't feel comfortable in that type of setting. It's unprofessional. The work is shabby and it used to be better. I would drive from 30 min to get there but this last time I had a broken nail and walked in and she wanted me to come back even though I was willing wait. Van is always pleasant and accommodating but staff could use some customer training. Won't solicit their services again, there are many salons, one on every corner.

Had limited color choices. Just had my nails done Friday and I'm already get my hair caught under the coating. Lining is to far out so it does not meet the mail but skin. Also had the top coat crack off first day.
