Absolutely the most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever encountered at a pharmacy. I unfortunately had a prescription sent to that location, I waited three hours after my doctors visit to pickup my meds so there was ample time between visit and filling prescriptions. The staff was beyond rude and said "there's nothing I can do, you have to come back WHEN we text you. Not whenever you want."Considering I'm still very sick. FIVE HOURS LATER NO TEXT NO CALL My husband goes back later for me and the same rude woman just has a smile on her face says "yea its not here yet. We're closing in ten minutes." After I have a doctor confirm that it was sent and a time stamp of when it was sent. I sincerely hope Walgreens does an investigation on staff that obviously chose the wrong profession.

we live 20 miles away one way. I called. dr ordered three prescriptions. the fist they tried to charge me over $100. for a. $2. prescription, they said they would process it and the other two for me and my husbands. two hours later we arrived, they didn't have my husbands. we came home only to find out one of mine was missing.I got message his was ready. I called about my #2 med. first they tried to say it's not due until October. I said Dr changed the strength. finally pharmacy came on, he tried to tell me to take two 25 mg.....I said I'm on 50 mg capsules, he increased to 75.....that's impossible!!!! finally after four days I got message both prescriptions are ready.....very very incompetent and unconcerned......watch your meds carefully and call before you go. two trips and we'll go 80 miles for meds ordered last Wednesday......,

My husband and I were waiting in the lobby area for our vaccines this week and we saw how hard the pharmacy team works. They were very busy but handled everything very quickly and efficiently. They acknowledged everyone who walked up to the window and the drive thru and kept everything moving. Great team work. 8530 FM 78 & Crestway location Converse TX 78109

10/7/2022 Are you hoping to get your prescription? Don’t go to Walgreens on 78/Crestway. Pharmacy employees are extremely rude, come and go on breaks as they please not at the posted scheduled time. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHELPFUL!!! I don’t recommend taking your business here.

Almost always a line and a long wait on they phone. No one knows how to look up a pharmacy phone number there. Transferring a prescription is considered a courtesy and the customer should be appreciative. At least that is what I was told. Their notifications are crap. This has to be the worst pharmacy that I have ever been to. They can't even get the insurance information correct.

DRIVE-THRU sucks. They need to hire more staff AND only the second drive thru lane. Waiting 30 plus minutes to pick up a prescription is CRAZY. Think I may take my business to the local CVS.

The dingy dirty exterior and dead bugs on the walk way have way more personality and customer service skills than the male pharmacist working 3/28/21. First and last time I'll do business at this location. Hey Mr. Pharmacist...when you are speaking to your customers, TURN AROUND AND LOOK AT THEM WHEN YOU SPEAK! So rude of you to talk to your drive thru customers with your back turned to them! Completely unprofessional!

The pharmacist here is shockingly rude. I was the last one in line at 1:28 when you threw up the pharmacist not on duty sign. 32 minutes later, after lunch it took him less than two minutes to hand me my refill. Thanks for giving me the time to write a review and shop for a new pharmacist.

I like how organized and clean this store is. However, something that didn't make sense to me was that all the prenatal vitamins are on the second to BOTTOM shelf. As a pregnant woman the last thing I want to do or even am able to do is bend down that far... I had to call my husband from the car to help me make a selection. Please consider your customer base while stocking items Second issue I had was that the cashier Lillian does not seem to have knowledge in the use of a cash register. I asked to use two different payment methods and she told me that was not possible. Her explanation to me for the reason it could not be done was because she has never done it.. her name tag says she joined the team in 2020.. I'm sure there are plenty of things she hasn't done since she just barely started working there. She should have asked an experienced cashier or a manager because split payments are possible anywhere

Love this place. I go here to pick up a few prescriptions and I'm always greeted and thanked when I leave! It's always nice and clean, and the pharmacists+team are very on it with regards to corona protections! The pharmacist helped me out deciding which needle was the best for my needs because I was a little clueless, and asked me if I had any other questions. They also helped me get my coupon on and explained to me more how the app works! Would recommend :)

Walgreens in converse at 78 and Crestway is awful. Horrible pharmacy. Rude service. They never work with you. Latest example: My daughter has trouble taking medicine and her doctor told us that the amoxicillin she would take would be bubble gum flavored. When we arrived to pick it up we were told that it was not and we would have to pay for it. My concern is it is already flavored something else and would not taste like bubble gum.
